CounterTops and More - Naples

If I could give zero stars I would! Our kitchen project has been delayed for months at this point. The first time they cut the island countertop too small and had to replace it, and while doing that broke the brand new sink. Their install of the sink was also extremely sloppy and the cutout has broken corners that they NEVER fixed. Then the entire backsplash fell off the wall, together with the vent. Shattered and broke everything. Backsplash, vent, inlay stovetop, counter and even the tiles when it all crashed down. Now they blaming the installer of the vent. There is NO WAY that the backsplash was secure in the first place because whatever glue was used came right off the wall and didn't even bond with the wall. The squiggly lines of glue weren't even flattened so they did nothing. This company is trash! Their customer service never gets back to you, the took more money from us than the contract and now refuse to do any additional work. Oh, AND per Collier County Licensing Department they don't even have a license for the type of work they did in our house. STAY AWAY!!!
