Great selection and Nathan was awesome and very patient with all of my questions. I never felt pressured to buy something. Nice change to actually have someone explain things to you and recommend other things that may work better.
Call Deborah lock nut, for my faucet was told no don’t have those which is bizarre to me that a plumbing supply company won’t have locknuts for a faucet man on the phone was very short rude. Could care less what I had to say would not recommend calling Noor going to the store.

Came into the showroom with my husband the other day and we spoke to your salesman Nathan to put together all our plumbing needs for our new home being built. I wanted to totally commend the knowledge and experience of plumbing that this young man shared with us. He showed us exactly what is needed and even printed out material to share with us. Your store is beautiful and your salesman was amazing. Thank you. We will be in soon to purchase.

I met Nate in the showroom who was very willing to answer all my questions concerning the choices of a new faucet for my new custom made sink. I have to admit he has a lot a patience and is extremely knowledgeable of their products.
I finally decided on a faucet and he ordered it and had it in two days. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable.
I LOVE my new faucet and sink.
I’ve since been back for another sink and toilet seats. Nate is great to work with, truly a valuable asset to this company.

I needed to replace a garbage disposal flange, to stop a leak. I wanted to avoid purchasing a new unit or paying a plumber for installation (total cost around $250). I stopped at Home Depot and could not find anyone in the store to help me. Went to Ace Hardware and was given incorrect information, but was advised to go to Broedell Plumbing for what I needed (the only good and accurate information I had received).
I went to Broedell where I was quickly greeted by Nate. We shared a laugh about the incorrect information I was given elsewhere and Nate proceeded to not only provide the correct information, but gave me what I needed and more importantly showed me several tricks to make the job easy (total cost= $2.20 for plumber's putty).
More important to me than the $250 saved, was the professional and friendly way that Nate took care of me. I will not go anywhere else, ever again, for any of my plumbing needs. BTW- I saw some awesome new ideas for when I decide to remodel my bathrooms.
Thanks Nate, keep up the great work!
