We made a claim to our insurance company for water damage from a washing machine that happened 6 months prior. We used dehumidifiers and thought that we were not going to have any water damage. We started to see signs of mold and water damage, and now with our first baby on the way, we were nervous about the health of our unborn child. We made a claim to our insurance company and they did send out an adjuster, but then weeks went by and we heard nothing. I called and called, but they never returned any of my messages. I tried to escalate the issue and even threatened to file a compliant with The Division of Consumer Services. Again, my calls, voice messages and emails fell on deaf ears with the insurance company. We felt helpless at this point. We reached out to Public Adjusters of Florida and Mark came out immediately. He walked us through the entire process. He took pictures and completed his evaluation and sent his repair estimate to the insurance company. Mark had them moving so fast...they were calling me schedule two companies to come out to our home right away. We received a check for more than we expected in 7 weeks from the day we spoke with Mark. Thank you mark for all your hard work, excellent communication and determination to get us what we deserve from having insurance on our home.
