Our recent bathroom countertop installation by this company was truly fantastic. The level of service they provided was beyond our expectations. Every member of their team was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, courteous, and polite.
The quality of the cabinets is exceptional. I opted for solid wood cabinets, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. They not only look stunning but also feel sturdy and durable. I can tell these cabinets are built to last.

The Positive
I will say this location in particular has the largest selection of quartz, quartzite, marble etc and the prices depend on the material selected. There are are an endless selection of styles and colors that will please everyone. Our countertops look decent on paper and is nice to see the finished product.
The Negative
We started this process in mid November and it's now April. Originally I thought it was a communication error but even after the New Year, I realized that it wasn't me that was the issue but it was on them in not working with us as we moved to Texas and I was coordinating with my renters to get things done. At that point is where everything fell apart was after the measurements of the existing countertop. After that, it went downhill. Still to this very day, I have not been able to speak to a manager or owner about the work. I'm paying $6000 for a very bad botched job. My realtor, the former renters and an independent inspector have all said how bad the work is. The work is so poorly done, they barely drilled the countertops to the drywall and cabinets. If you look at Google, they're locations have 1 to 2 stars and that's saying something. When I submitted a claim, they said the remaining work was MY responsibility and not on them after they promised a showroom ready, professional look. I'm hoping my realtor goes over and sets a date for them to complete the work so I can be done with them. I have emailed several times and left numerous messages at their Naples North Fort Myers and Hanson locations. No response and no answer but they are gladly taking my money. I would recommend limiting your business dealings with this group as they talk a good game and fail to deliver. Also one last thing, the new countertops were delivered on several pallets which they left on the side of my house along with my old countertop. They couldn't even take back the materials it came on.
