We are reviewed below in another company's review as having done a great job repairing their baler. Global trash has not paid us for that or many other repairs we did. We have had to send them to collection twice. This last time our collection co is having to use attorneys. Global Trash does not pay their vendors or return calls!!

I have not always had the greatest experience with this company due to breaks in service and lack of communication. But I would like to give a shout out to Will Odige for his excellent customer service. He is very responsive, persistent and customer-oriented. He really made a bad experience much better with his help and support. Will makes Global Trash look good.

After Waiting over a year for our Vertical Baler which we paid for in FULL and given the run around first by our salesperson Brandon who later quite the company then by Peter the owner of the company we finally asked for a refund. Once we asked for a refund we were asked by Tammy the office manager if they could make payments *shocking*. We did finally receive the refund and later found out that our order was never even placed with the manufacturer. In the end we finally got Baler though another company and we are happy but I would never do work with Global Trash Solutions again, read though the reviews and the BBB and you will find many unhappy and given the run around.
