Our installer, Jason, did a great job! He was knowledgeable, professional and has a great attitude and work ethic. We appreciate the time he took to answer all of our questions and explain the mechanics of the storm screens. We highly recommend StormSmart if you’re looking for high quality storm screens and Jason if you want first-class installation.
I've lived in South Florida for over 20 years and have heard every contractor excuse there is. Storm Smart is no different than the rest. I paid my money and scheduled my final measurement appointment and, lo and behold, on the morning of my appointment, they called to reschedule. Guess what - I have a life too, and counted on them to be there when they promised. Just like all the rest. Welcome to South Florida.

My hurricane screens are 3 years old, I have 5 of them in various sizes. I love and use them quite often. During the first year 2 of them needed to be replaced due to improper sizing. Soon after a third one, the smallest, started to hang up and not go all the way down. Lately it’s been happening all the time, I have to push it down to close. I finally called Storm Smart because the SCREENS are guaranteed, (5 years). I’m sure this one also needs to be replaced. I was informed that I would have to pay $160 to have a service call to replace a product under warranty. Not right, these screens were very expensive , give us the customer service that you promised during the sale.

Our shutters held up during Ian and are grateful. Storm Smart techs and leadership stood by their word to honor their warranty for some minor issues. Highly recommend - we use the screens every day as an extension of our home, for security and to protect our lanai from the elements. So worth it.

We are extremely happy with our electric roll down shutters. Our installer, Ray, from the Northport office, did an excellent job. He was very prompt, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very hard working young man. A real asset to your company!
