John does great work! He's thorough, courteous, explains well, and provides photos, which is a huge help when you can't be on-site! John also communicates often and sets realistic expectations! Which is difficult to find in a construction company in Florida!
John and his crew did a great job repairing the stucco on my moms house. They were reasonably priced and provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend them.

John and his crew took care of a stucco repair on my home. They did an awesome job, the workmanship was great. I'm glad that I chose their number to call from the online listings. After much searching John was the only stucco worker that came to even give me an estimate. He was very fair, and honest about what needed to be done. They were careful to send pictures and get approval of more estimates when more needed work was noticed. The work was prompt and I barely even noticed they were here. Super grateful it was work I could get done before the rainy season.

John Boone is an outstanding contractor! I recently used his services for a repair on my home in North Port and I found him to be very reliable and most importantly Honest! His price for his work was fair and reasonable. I am a veteran and Mr Boone treated with the utmost respect and kindness.

John Boone and his company did a wonderful job on a garage addition that I’m building. I had them do the inside of the building because it was budding up against my existing garage wall and on the outside of it. As far as the stucco work did a beautiful job. I did check out the prices and he was right there with everybody else. It wasn’t like he was high or low. He was right with everybody else and I was very very happy with her service. I recommend them highly.

We contacted John re: repair of chipping stucco and rusting around outdoor front entry columns. He gave us an estimate along with "what if" scenarios. He scheduled the job and even texted when he was in his way.
He completed the job in one day. His workmanship was impeccable. We were very satisfied with the work he did and lines of communication he maintained.(a rarity in FL).We would highly recommend him for your construction projects.

John exceeded all of my expectations. Not only does he enjoy his trade, but he and his team have the skill to stand above the rest.
I have worked in construction for over a decade and a good contractor is hard to find- but not with John Boone.
John’s business is family owned and operated, works locally, is on-top of his scheduling and very communicative, his prices are better than fair, he turns around quickly, brings the team he promises, and gets done on time. He even went a step above to fix very minor cracks and holes, treating my home with the same craftsmanship and care as he would treat his own.
