My review of All Wood Cabinets also known as AAA Handyman, 360 N. Hwy 1 - Oak Hill, Florida. You have heard the old cliché "first impression is a lasting impression". Well this is not the case with this business. When I first entered store and met everyone I was very impressed. They designed my kitchen on a computer and presented me the design. "Excellent" I placed my order and it was delivered in a timely manner. "Excellent" Now you wonder why I gave it a "ONE STAR RATING". The quality of materials was inferior "Made in China" with many blemishes in the finishing of the wood. See photos. I returned to the store and met with Fred Sr. and he went ballistic to the point I thought he was going to attack my wife and I or even shoot us. I told him the cabinets were typical Chinese construction and quality "Very Poor". China is a major importer of American wood who in turn export inferior wood products to the United States. Walmart has better quality control on their Chinese products. As for the blemishes, I am repairing them. I am very disappointed in All Wood Cabinets/AAA Handyman mainly because of the nasty/threatening attitude but also no customer support after delivering blemished/inferior products. If I could have given it a minus one star I would have.

The people were pleasant via email and phone but the door sample was very slow to arrive. I received two doors from two other companies well before this one arrived. This one took so long to arrive that I had to move forward and make a decision before it arrived. (My kitchen was damaged from a water leak and I needed to get moving toward restoration.). This company's policy is to only credit for the price of the door sample if an order is placed. I asked for an exception to this policy because the door took over two weeks to arrive but my request was denied. Very disappointing that their slow service resulted in a charge to me.

Absolutely love my cabinets! I have had been in the house for a year now and the cabinets are amazing! The customer service was great and had no issues throughout the whole process.

My husband and I stopped in looking for a bathroom vanity.The owner (Fred) was very friendly and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. They have tons of options and styles. The cabinets are all wood and priced lower than local home improvement stores. As soon as we decide on style, we will be back to purchase!
