—My Mother is Very Happy—
My 86yo mother ordered cabinets at the Ocala location. There was an initial hiccup due to the order being partially incorrect on the employee end (wrong drawer fronts)—but once the management was made aware of the situation—they fixed it and the employees involved no longer work there.
Allye is amazing and helped her get the correct drawer fronts ordered for my mom and made sure we received as much help as she could personally give in her position. Brian also was a huge help in getting a date/time coordinated in order to have the correct drawer fronts put on for my mom. Both Allye and Brian have been such a huge help in getting this project finished and my mom was truly very happy with the assistance they gave her!
In the end, I cannot express enough gratitude towards the incredible team that pulled this project together for my mom. From the moment they reached out to correct the initial hiccup in her order—to the final installation of my mom’s kitchen cabinets, every step of this process was met with professionalism, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. This level of transparency and open communication truly made her feel valued as a customer.
The quality of workmanship displayed by the company and Brian was simply outstanding. The attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship evident in every cabinet was truly commendable. My mom was very pleased by the precision with which Brian installed the cabinets, resulting in a flawless and seamless finish. The worst experience we have ever had with any home materials business!! Do Not believe what they tell you about delivery dates or expect them to correct any order mistakes they or their manufacturer make!! My husband and I ordered and paid for 2 small bathroom vanities on Oct. 14, 2023. We were skeptical about the 6 to 8 week wait but promised they would be in before Christmas as we were hosting a very large family dinner. I called at week 7 and was told the cabinets would be here in the next week. When there was no response the following week, I called back and was told the cabinets would be delivered Dec. 29!!!! We actually got the cabinets almost 12 weeks from the date ordered on Jan. 4, 2024!
The Christmas dinner was an embarrassing mess with no working bathroom sinks! We did ask for a refund upon finding out that the vanities would not be here in time to install before Christmas so we could go elsewhere to purchase vanities. They denied a refund and simply said it was out of their control. Until delivery of the cabinets, we discovered that the smaller cabinet was not what we ordered, the wrong style was sent! Cabinet Factory Outlet ordered the proper doors but it was another 2 week wait and we were expected to pay for the installer to come back and switch out the doors! Horrible, horrible customer care!
Do not deal with this company! I would not have given them any stars at all except I could not post this review without adding one.

As a Disabled Veteran I find life challenging after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury… so I have to trust people for their word and in this case I did. We were told when we signed papers that it would be 2-3 weeks. It has been more than a month and still nothing! We called to ask why and the manager told me that she made a mistake and then was off for a week. They are not willing to rush the delivery, they are not even apologetic. If you want someone that you can count on who will deliver on their word, this is not the company you want. Also, WHAT KINDA OF PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED VETERAN? What happened to my word is my bond. No one has any morals anymore. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere where they care about people.

Gonzalo was our sales associate. He was very helpful. I did not feel rushed. He helped pull samples of flooring and placed them side by side for me to look at and walk on. I bought Tavern Oak Plank Flooring. I could not be more pleased He suggested Heck of a Floor to install and they also did a great job

We purchased a retirement home on April 3, 2020. Part of the contract was the original owner had paid to have a new kitchen installed through Cabinet Factory Outlet. He purchased this kitchen in March 2020. As of today( August 5, 2020) the kitchen is still not complete. I understand how everything is slowed down due to Covid but we are now into August and 2 cabinet fronts have not been completed. This seems exceedingly slow. Also quality of work in some places is subpar: can see seams in granite and some cabinet doors are warped. Also they installed dishwasher cabinet in wrong place( not as design drawings) and they had to come out and move everything. Every time I call to get an update I am stalled. The new manager Mark seems overwhelmed but at least he is polite. He stated on our last conversation( 2 weeks ago) that the cabinet facings were being shipped July 29th. When I called today- no information but once again said I’ll call you back. We were thinking of using this company for the two bathroom remodels but have decided to seek others. Price sometimes is not everything.

Very friendly staff. Sales person did everything right. Purchased cabinets and counter top. Cabinets came as planned and timely. They are made in CHINA!!! I assembled and installed myself. Assembly was relatively simple.
Purchased counter top that was on sale, big mistake, was not same color. Installers did job as described. Could not finish job same day because someone measured incorrectly. Been 2 days waiting for them to return maybe today???
UPDATE They made it back and finished job. Looks great. Our kitchen looks really good.

Excellent customer service! Wanted to update this review since last comments 2 months ago. Carpet and pad product is superb and installation services are excellent, top notch! When looking for flooring products in the future, this is the "go to" place. Strongly recommend anyone looking for flooring and installation services to go here first; or, go here last and compare what you've seen elsewhere with the quality and savings you'll receive here. I believe you will be impressed.
