We use & love this Co for our AC/Heating needs. Service tech's are timely, detail oriented, & courteous. (Our A/C unit is several yrs old now- WITHOUT a single issue.)
S.E. did a complete removal of our old unit along with all the corresponding parts- Then the new install. (Even took the time to replace a wood piece beside the drainage pipe so it would have a nice appearance. Thank You)
Their craftmanship, units, ducts, etc.: The system overall screams quality. Our system "shows itself off" when people walk in the door to a cold wall of air. Pure compliments of the QUALITY.
From the first communication, I felt comfortable and was not wrong. My tech, Alex Forand, was reliable, showed up, assessed the issue and got it fixed in two days with new equipment. He was polite and friendly, but most importantly, knowledgeable. With AirCon out in the middle of summer, it is no joke and no time to fool with contractors. No complaints and he is coming back to do a check in a few weeks.

I have never had a bad interaction with anyone employed by this company. Whether it is on the phone or the technician that comes. The techs are knowledgeable, pleasant and always respectful with us. Maybe a little more expensive than the other guy, but I never have to worry about being taken advantage of.

John was my technician today for the yearly service of my unit. He showed up early for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I hope he can my service technician each time.

My technician Lance was fantastic, gave me a courtesy call to tell me he was on his way. Very professional, helpful and friendly. I will request him the next time my system needs to be checked. I would recommend him as a trainee to all new personnel at Service Experts. Kudos to you Lance thank you.

Outstanding turn around time, Jordan, Anthony, Josh and Brendan were 100% professional and did outstanding work. Great employees, truly amazing quality and fair price. I would highly recommend for HVAC & Plumbing.

Can't say enough about my Maintenance Tech today 6/18/24. Called and showed up early for the appointment. Alfred Salas went above and beyond for us. Very knowledgeable and shared everything he was doing. Very friendly. Hope to have him come back next time. Best of luck at the races.

My technician Kenneth Martinez was the best. He showed me pictures of my system which was nasty, but he cleaned it and offered additional services. Services I benefited from today by signing up. Availability was on time and technician was on time. Very satisfied customer and my AC if fixed and have cold air. No time for a problems in Florida when it's too hot. Thanks ?
