Extremely unprofessional company from the very start. I submitted a contact form on their website asking for an estimate, never heard anything back, so I emailed an employee instead asking for the same thing.... It took two weeks for me to receive a simple estimate. I decided to move forward with them after being assured the sign would take 3-4 weeks to complete... On week 5 I hadn't received a single update from them, so I asked when I could expect my sign, they said two more weeks. I pulled my contract from them after they wasted almost 2 months of my time. Poor customer service, extremely poor communication, and a snarky staff.
