My first phone call to Annabelle’s was answered by Lauren. Lauren took the time to listen to our needs, understand what we were looking for and sent photos of ideas. The initial call was for a new TV wall we had made that needed decorative items for the shelves. After landing on initial thoughts, we went in to the store to view everything in person and complete the purchase. I was so happy with the experience and Lauren’s collaboration, I decided to redo my office - wall cabinet knickknacks, top of desk and surrounding area. We talked through more ideas and pictures, and landed on a new and refreshed look, while coordinating with existing pieces. Now I look forward to working from home. Lauren has great style and is very knowledgeable. She is patient, interested and listens intently, but also direct and candid at the right moment. Lauren is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. Who wouldn’t like all of that!! I would not hesitate to partner with Lauren on future projects and you should too!

Update: Annabelle's contacted me to apologize and set me up with one of their designers. Twice I have been to Annabelle's and twice I have been completely ignored. The first time, after wondering around for 15 minutes trying to find someone, I was finally helped. I asked to see fabric for drapes and was told that there is too many to show and they usually ask for your color palette and bring samples to your house at a design cost of $250. Today, I took my husband as I wanted to show him a wallpaper sample I saw there, we walked around and stood waiting to be helped for 15 minutes and we were totally ignored so we left. I guess we will take our business elsewhere.

After searching for a designer I was happy to find Lauren at Annabells. She took the time to understand, coordinate a house refresh and redesign a family room. She had a large selection of furniture, fabrics, and carpet to achieve a beautiful finish I am thrilled with. Lauren also coordinated everything to make the process seamless.

Update: Annebelle's Customer Service, specifically Adriana & warehouse manager/team, has come through. My table was ready for Christmas. Uping the rating because service vastly improved once i was connected with Adriana. --------- My most recent experience is quite different than the experience I had 7 years ago. (Back then I had a product issue, but customer service of Annebelle's was 5-star.) Right now I have pieces of a dining table that I ordered back in mid-Aug laying on the floor of my dining room because the delivery team lacked the hardware to assemble my table. How many opportunities were there to catch the missing hardware before it showed up at my house? Originally expected to arrive at end of October, there was no update to me about the delay until I reached out, and only then did I realize I would not have a table for my parent's 60th anniversary celebration. Well, fine, supply chain issues happen, but not thrilled I had to I had to chase down that update. (After that, I did receive updates on when it shipped, arrived.) But now, 4 days before Christmas, this is what I'm looking at. How lovely! At this point, I think I'm being generous with a 3-star rating. Hopefully, all this is resolved before Christmas. If it is, I'll post a pic of of the assembled table.

We have used Annabelle's for a number of pieces in the past. Their furniture selection is decent and they have an extensive amount of fabrics to choose from for custom work. In our experience, the work from our designer was ok up front, but after the invoice/deposit is paid...they disappear. No follow-up, no proactive communication, no check-in to see how the pieces turned out. A little service would go a long way to increasing repeat sales. As it is now, we will be shopping elsewhere and/or using an independent designer with to the trade pricing.
