I was mostly pleased with this company, however, when I called after the work was done to complain that one section of the grout was sloppy and unprofessional, they blamed it on my wallpaper leaking color onto the grout. They also tore a section of wallpaper and instead of owning it, they quickly ran out without pointing it out to me. They also had mentioned that a piece of trim might be damaged during the install so I asked them to include damage to the trim in the quote so they would replace if necessary. As it turned out, the existing trim was not damaged, so I asked for a refund for that part of the job. Several emails regarding this have so far been ignored. My assessment is that they are a bit dishonest in dealing with customers. In their view, the customer is not always right and they get away with what they can. Employees were respectful and professional, however.

This company lacks any sense of customer service. I've been a loyal customer to them and asked them to come back for additional services after having my countertops replaced by them. It took over 4 days to schedule a simple service call, during which I was called a liar and threatened by not having the work completed if I didn't remove my original Google review. Subsequently, they only did half of the work I requested, and then decided they did not want to complete the additional item. They covered up different stories I received about why they decided not to complete the work, yet felt they absolved themselves totally by refunding half of what they charged me in advance. Accountability and customer service are not anything this company operates with. If you're considering using IGS, I'd definitely think twice prior to using this company.

Dealing with IGS was a smooth and easy process. They have a HUGE selection. They showed up on time for the measurements and install. Even the seam in the island is seamless. I love my quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. They just did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them.

We have been in our new house for over 2 years and the lanai was the last big project to get done. We didn't want a full-blown outdoor kitchen but there was a blank wall that was crying out for something. One of our neighbors has the same model and put in some cabinets for storage and to use as a buffet or bar when entertaining outdoors. We loved the idea and how theirs turned out so we asked for referrals for the cabinet and counter top companies they used. Our friends said they had used Primo at International Granite and Stone on previous houses and had always had a good experience. We had already seen a few pieces of granite that we liked and Primo was able to offer us a very fair price for the one that we loved. My husband and I had toured the Odessa supply of countertops and chose a Cambria quartz. Justin came to the house and provided us with all the assurances we needed to have IGS install the quartz in both bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. The gentleman who came to laser measure the countertops was very thorough and discussed final renovations with us ( I am sorry that I forgot his name.) William and Christian did a fantastic job installing all the countertops. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They swept the floors and cleaned the counters after the installation was completed. I recommend IGS services for all countertop needs.

From the minute I spoke with Lakin Shull..I was hooked...ahahahah...she was so polite and thorough she called to remind me of our appointment with international Granite but Stone and I backed out cause we found something at Lowes...big mistake they were very nice but the their Granite was not the same as the sample in the store..I was heart broken ?my wife and I were so looking forward to that Granite sample...I was trying to remember that nice girl Lakin.. but by now my phone had ALOT of phone numbers on the call log...THEN the next day Lakin calls to see if everything was okay..YESSSSSSSS Awwwright she followed up ..I asked Lakin if she had a stone that was black and brown...yes she says...the next step was Michael..very important..he took his Lazer measure and template the kitchen...another thoughtful caring man..he offered all kinds of assistance to make sure our kitchen was everything ?we hoped for...a really important step was for International Granite And Stone to also do the installation of a new sink and with Lowes we had to FIND...someone to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing but ICG would do it..thanks Mike...Michael even suggested LED lighting for under our cabinets Awwww man does this help to bring my Granite to life..another thing more was because of the price FINICANCING..AHAHAHAH perfect....cause we also did one wall and 2 walls in backslash..next Manchano came to remove the old backslash VERY CAREFULLY he didn't damage the underside of the wall..thanks Steve came to put the LED lights another really nice caring professional.....I'm a retired NYC bus driver and after ALL the training the NEW YORK CITY TRANSIT SYSTEM does..I know a professional ?when I meet ? one ..Steve with the utmost of care arraigned the LED lights beautifully....the two fellows who came to install the Granite did such a great job and even sanded it where the Granite was rough due to texture my wife and them say...absolutely beautiful...MAGMA GOLD... Wow..HOLY COW...thank you Jesus and I love you God and international Granite And Stone for making such a beautiful stone...and then Manchano comes back to finish the walls and backslash in the beginning of the storm Erma...he does such great tile work...that one mirror arabesque tile was missing some reflecting material he took out his tools and prayed off the bad one and made it right...I spent an extra $1000 for a new sink because the old one had some scratches so without hesitation he made sure the work he performed was Flawless...yes sir ?AND listen to this on July 5th...his day off I called him to discuss the grout for the backslash...turns out the grout was planned to be white...Magma GOLD Is black and golden brown our cabinets are brown ...I found something called earth ..a very nice brown that's a special order at home depot...after calling Manchano at least 6 times to discuss the grout I wanted...he..on his day off...drove 30 minutes to actually find me what I wanted the grout called Earth I was so overwhelmed at his diligence to make sure that we were happy..BRAVO Manchano ....and thank you international Granite And Stone You're an outstanding company ? with excellent customer service and excellent customer care ? ....we are delighted with your great work ??

I'm just at the beginning of my countertop project,, so this review is about my design consultant, Joe McCarthy. I will post another review once the project has been completed. If the rest of my experience with IGS is like my experience with Joe, I know I'm going to be ecstatic about my new countertops. Joe arrived precisely on time, then spent almost two and a half hours walking me through the decisions I had to make for my project. Because I'm redoing the countertops in my kitchen and both bathrooms, this project is extensive, so I want to feel comfortable that I chose the right company to do the job. Joe gave me that confidence. He was beyond thorough, did not engage in high pressure tactics to choose a product I wasn't interested in, and gave me some great ideas about the design. I'm just hoping the rest of the IGS team is as competent and personable as Joe. UPDATE: It's now been about one month since I met with my design consultant, Joe McCarthy. My entire job has now been completed. I don't know where to start to communicate my utmost satisfaction with every aspect of of the IGS process. The finished product is beyond anything I had imagined. After I met with Joe, I was assigned a Project Manager...Lara Haymore. Lara was my contact throughout the entire project. She coordinated the template process, installation, and follow-up. Lara was amazing! She kept my project moving along, and contacted me by phone or email if any questions arose. She was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and upbeat! All other personnel with whom I dealt were as fabulous as Joe and Lara. I'm just sorry I didn't take down their names so I could recognize them personally. The installation process was amazing...the installation team was here until 9:00pm at night to ensure that the entire job was completed. They were so focused on their work, yet seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. When finished, the installers cleaned up the area so there was absolutely no trace of the construction work that had been done in my kitchen and both bathrooms. The next day, the plumbers and finishers came in. Same experience: wonderful job, efficient work, clean as a whistle, and helpful, courteous personnel. It is clear to me that IGS reinforces a strong culture of customer satisfaction. I would be happy to recommend IGS without reservation to anyone who is looking for a top-notch company to replace countertops in any area of the house. Great job!!

I'm not one to write reviews but this I thought was worth sharing after reading some of the others. Yes we had a great sales process, in fact we made our selection within 15 minutes and paid in full for countertops. Never had I had to pay in full before completion of a project but we did feel comfortable about it. Measurements went fine but when the installers showed up they realized they didn't have the backsplash....(which was no big deal mistakes happen.) How this company handled the after the sale process was horrendous, couldn't get the sales guy to call back was routed to an "account manager" The quote to fix the error came in $900 higher than the original and I was told to look elsewhere. They literally left the job looking like the pictures attached. After finding a great local backsplash installer and $2,500 later it now looks excellent. It has been over a month since IGS left and we can't get a call back for a simple refund on product we paid for that was never installed. The reason we chose IGS is because they are large, they do not subcontract out (not sure how true that is) and we felt they would be accountable. A simple phone call back would have went a long way. I'm in sales myself and I see most of these reviews are about the sales process, the sale is the easy part the follow through is what truly matters. Do yourself a favor and sort the ratings from "lowest to highest". I wish I did as the recent ones seem to be a strong effort to clean up their rating

They are the dealer that is vertically integrated from purchase to installation. Look no further. These guys (and gals) are the best.
