I would avoid this company. Used them to do a large job for a property. Ended up costing me more than 50% of the original quoted price. This was due to him saying he underestimated the cost of materials. I ended up getting less done than was originally agreed to, for higher cost. Marc's demeanor is not pleasant, he seems to get angry very easily. The job they did was shoddy requiring me to have them fix things numerous times, such as broken sprinkler heads, breaking of pavers, not putting weed barrier diligently as agreed to. I would not use this company again. They also try to get you to sign some form at the end to "release" them of any liability for work they did. I didn't sign this and would advise you not to either. Clearly shows they've been sued before for poor work. If you use this company, I highly suggest you work it out so that you pay for the material yourself and just pay this company for labor. They clearly will underestimate cost of materials to rope you into spending way more money than you originally agree to.

Harry Robinson,March 20, 2024. Recently the Bethel AME CHURCH of DeLand Fl hired landscaping solutions to up grade the landscaping by installing a 12 and a half foot custom made cross in front of the church. The cross had to be transported across town to that location. This was a delicate operation, several landscaping companies wouldn't touch the job. They felt it was too risky and difficult. I called landscaping solutions and spoke to Mark Cirou who is a Christian. Mark came out to the site and checked out the property and cross and said no problem. He gave me a fabulous price for the job. A time and date was set. This is by far the best landscaping company we have ever dealt with. For starters the workers arrived on time and was very professional and exhibited great attitudes with a willingness to work. They were so nice until we felt liked family. There work was amazing and after the job the clean up was amazing. I give this company a 5 plus star rating

I met Mark the owner who gave me a fair quote on a big job, which consisted of trimming all palms, hedges, plants, bushes, and trees. I accepted the quote he gave me and a date of which the job will be done. His crew showed up on schedule, completed the job within a 4 hour time frame. I was very pleased with the job they did. It was done on a very professional manner. The crew was very courteous. I was very satisfied with all the hard work they put in it. It is a pleasure to work with Mark and his crew . They are hard workers and honest. I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone who is in need of a landscaping company.

I used this company to put in a natural area at the back of my property, a large enough area for 5 full grown trees. Marc said he would come and paint the lines and design a shape before the job started. He never showed and when I outreached, he said his manager would handle. Also, the "manager" moved the space to a natural easement and drainage area and water puddles and will likely cause drainage issues for the property. During installation, I contacted Marc because the team also did not place weed barriers before planting and they also did not remove any of the prior grass or till the space so now I have full grass growing between the mulch. When you displace the mulch, you can see where their team simply trimmed the grass and planted the natural space right over the lawn! All of this for thousands of dollars. I would not use this company for a job that you want to look professional and finished. Save yourself the costs and go with a company that has pride and does a good job. Very disappointed!

10/16/2022 I had to delete prior post to Review of BBB complaints Landscape Solutions in NOT BBB approved. However, complaints have been lodged. Review them before signing. We have had the same experiences as the people who wrote complaints. Marc is very hard sell, over stays time on the property during the eval, promises everything can be done, over sells his company's competency, he is a very hard sell, asks for deposit on the spot, deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances, even if you cancel within the legally allowed 3 days after signing, according to Marc's BBB response to a complaint. That the deposit is non refundable is not verbally disclosed. You have to read the contract to find it. Reading BBB complaints, similar to our experience, he throws his customers under the bus when they are dissatisfied, and he does not stand by the work his company does. Marc C. Sounds knowledgeble, is pleasant, conversant, but when the rubber hits the road, his company does not perform as promised. Our experiences: On day one, neither Marc nor the crew had a list of what work to be done. In fact, I called Marc the Friday before to be sure they were planning to be here on July 5 as planned, and he had to be reminded about the job and date promised. They asked me what the job entailed. They had no plan to begin, so I suggested beginning to clear the space before working on it, which included a large over grown hedge. The first day there was no work done, even though there were 5 crew on site, and all left early afternoon. Marc has denied this, but he is either not telling the truth or he is having memory problems. Ditto with his comments I changed my mind what I wanted done. The promised 4 days of work turned into 6 days of work because they were immensely disorganized, plus they had almost no workers show up some days. On day six, the single worker skipped out early, lied about coming back the next day to finish the work and we never saw anyone again. Marc was contacted and never returned our calls. Our Problems: Two walkways of 18x18 step stones were put in week of July 5, 2022. They are already out of alignment. This company does not have a professional walkway installer and they had no ability to cut stones to size, but threw in lots of tiny pieces to fill gaps. Same with the new flower bed border, out of alignment. Three Crepe Myrtles were removed and were supposed to have their stumps ground, that was not done, all three are growing sprouts that have to be constantly trimmed. New sod put down. It is all dead. The hedge is uneven and over grown now. One flower bed cleaned out and new Azeleas planted. We bought landscape cloth to put down before new plants installed. They told us our landscape cloth was not strong enough, and they brought better cloth to use. They never put it down, and they never dug up the old, over grown existing Azaleas as promised, the stumps were not ground either. The bed is full of opportunistic weeds, tree shoots, prickly vines and the old Azaleas are regrowing all over the bed. It is an absolute mess. (There is a BBB complaint on this same issue of poorly prepared ground.) We know we will have to find someone else to correct this as Marc appears to have a pattern of not fixing what clients are concerned about. He has not returned my phone call and responded to my online complaint by indicating all problems are our fault. I also wonder if there is a question of elder abuse, since we are 80 and 85 and not able to get into the flower beds and correct what should have been done in the first place. It is difficult to understand why Marc would not try to work with clients toward a mutually happy situation instead of allowing his company to accrue a poor reputation. To much to ask from Landscape Solutions apparently. Remember, your deposit is NOT refundable and Landscape Solutions is NOT BBB approved, but there are complaints listed you should review before you sign anything with this company.

Landscaping Solutions of Florida did an INCREDIBLE job replacing our landscaping. It was definitely overdue for a refresh ! Landscaping Solutions gave a fair quote to trim our backyard bushes, replace sod, trim up our front yard tree and to fully replace our front yard landscaping including new plants and mulch. I have including before and after photos to this review. Definitely use them again if need more landscaping work. Highly recommended !!!!
