This company is great if you believe in slave labor. The Caucasian employers tend to separate the African-Americans from the Caucasians and run crews based off color. They pay horrible wages, starting out at 16 an hour and then bump to 17 a hr after 90 day review where they get to criticize your work and your expertise. 48 hr work week For less than you would make at fast food Standing in the blistering heat. They give you a 30 minute lunch break and if you’re even one to three minutes late while they’re still sitting in their vehicles, they deduct pay 30 minutes. Let’s not forget the multiple injuries where guys are getting fingers and hands taken off.
