We made one order with J&K Cabinetry. We ordered 4 Doors for our project and only recieved one. A singular door does not sufice for our project and we asked for a return. They denied our request. And asked us to buy two complete cabinets additionals to get just the doors. We are very dissapointed just left the door with out money return and will close our accunt with JK Cabinetry.
Really bad customer services.
Company a timely manner with their clients . It is very important to deliver great product to our customers.

Good cabinets . Sonia is tge best. She knows her stuff. Ad does awesome design work .the drive is worth it . Call for availability..

Awesome looking cabinets! Had cabinets delivered by my installer. Screws were not included for drawers per my installer so they had to purchase. Nothing to hold boxes together. Installer was told to use glue ?. He ended up purchasing L shaped brackets.
Dishwasher panel is a cream color that do not match the S8 white shaker cabinets. Not sure if this was overlooked or is the color it comes in. You can see in the photos, cream on left white on right. Smh
Sink base for kitchen does not come with back panel. Notified company and they recommended that installer purchase plywood from local hardware store because their vanities do not come with back panel for easier installation. I found this odd because the master bathroom vanity had back panel and the second bathroom vanity did not have a back panel so that was contradicting information. I was told by Rebecca to have installer contact her for other options...but no explanation why the other vanity had a back panel. I decided not to pursue the issue.
Nice looking cabinets, but be prepared to spend extra money to complete the job.

I deal with J&k in Chicago mostly. Down visiting brother in Tampa and using them for his kitchen remodel. I have been dealing with Rebecca , she has made this job go so much easier. Her email reply’s are almost instant and new purchase orders go very smoothly. If all their sales representatives are as helpful and on point as her, this company will strive over others.

Instead of using actual long pallets, this company decides to stick 2 regular pallets together. Do you not realize how hard it is to get off truck and pallet? I would never use this company for cabinets. Product always comes damaged due to them using horrific efforts for shipping.
