tl;dr - 10/10, amazing experience and feel like the work done matched the cost and couldn't be happier.
First of all; shoutout to the crew, Zane, Karina, and Jmere, for the amazing work they did with my garage (and everyone else who stopped in to assist). Complete ceiling replacement in a 2 car garage
We bought our house a few years ago with cracks in the ceiling (Turns out due to a bolt on our garage door not being secure, resulting in the ceiling sagging and cracking.) Over time the problem grew worse, in which we couldn't use the door without it scraping against the ceiling.
We all can see Hole in the Wall has great reviews, but my experience totally matches up to the 5 stars. I was incredibly impressed with them as individuals, the respect they gave me and my wife as well as my house and property, and overall just the care they put into the work. I appreciated them letting me know when they were going to lunch, when they were done for the day, and showing me updates as work progressed. Once the work was complete they spent time properly cleaning everything in the garage (and even saw them cleaning the path to my front door that they used occassionally), and ultimately I echo a previous review that they left things cleaner than when they arrived.
If you're on the fence if you should use them or not, it's honestly kind of hard to look at these reviews and question it. If you want great quality work done in a timely manner with respect to you and your property, highly recommend them. I'm sure we'll have projects in the future that we'll be reaching out to them again for!
Where do I begin? Starting from the first visit with Mike until the last day of work with Zane and his fantastic crew Yyan, Mikey,Jaiden & Will!
Mark arrived promptly and provided me with a detailed quote explaining everything. Nothing left out. We set a date that would work best and work began right on time. They did an exceptional job covering everything so nothing was exposed. Zane & Tyan kept me updated each step of the way. Every night they cleaned up to allow minimal dust. They cleaned the outside work area every night . The attention to detail showed this company takes pride in a job well done . Unfortunately a rarity these days. The whole crew was consistently professional and courteous. Any questions or concerns I had were answered respectfully. This company went above and beyond my expectations. I am already planning another project in the future now that I have a reliable company to work with . Couldn’t be more thrilled with the results .

I highly recommend HIW Repair! They were very quick to reach out, provide an estimate, and schedule the repair. They did a fantastic job repairing the hole in my ceiling efficiently and seamlessly.

I had a bathroom leak from the second floor that came through the ceiling of our kitchen. Hole in the Wall came highly recommended and after my own experience, I would 100% do the same! David was on time, professional and helpful in answering my questions. I couldn’t be more happier with his attention to detail and workmanship!

Scott and Will did an amazing job repairing cracks in our drywall throughout the house. They said they would be at our house at 8:00 a.m. and at 8:00 a.m. they arrived at our door. That alone was an amazing, especially in today's market where repairmen slow up late or not at all. The minute they arrived they set to work. Their workmanship was top-notched. Our walls look so much better now and the guys did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done. We will definitely call this company again for any drywall work in the future. And we highly recommend Hole In The Wall to anyone who needs drywall work done. Thank you Scott and Will.

From the Wilcox Family-Quick and efficient they arrive on time, very respectful, they treat my home like it was theirs. They did the job perfect , remove the ceiling popcorn and clean the mess. Reasonable price quote, can’t wait for the second project.

Starting from the on line estimate with pictures of ceiling damage to work done I would highly recommend Home in the Wall repair . I got a very reasonable estimate and time for repair within a week . Yeury and his helper Jaun came exactly on time , prepared the room with utmost care and did a wonderful job repairing and painting my ceiling damage from a pipe leak

We renovated most rooms on our first floor, including the kitchen. We had utility relocations in the walls, lighting changes in the ceilings, water damage from previously leaky windows, and 30 years of paint build up around trim that was removed and replaced, along with some general wear and tear. Mike came out to work up an estimate, which I had within 24 hours, and the pricing was fair. They were very accommodating to work with my schedule and other trades. Zane, J'mere, and Juan showed up on-time and got right to work. This was a multi day job, and I was surprised to see a second crew (Scott and Will) show up in the afternoon and continue to make great progress. As a construction professional, I give kudos to Zane for his patience and attention to detail as he was training his guys on doing quality work. He was supportive and instructional, even when his guys made a mistake. They protected my belongings, did amazing work, and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. I definitely recommend them!

The walls and ceiling look perfect. What an amazing job the team performed. Charles, Karina, Zane, J'mere, and Fred are true experts. They worked so well to achieve the finish we needed that it seems like there were never holes on the walls and ceiling. We will be using the team again for future renovations.
