My wife and I had a GREAT experience with Doc Watts. We called and were able to get a technician to our home the next day. Alex showed up and did an amazing job! He was on time, and as we kept walking around the house, we added tasks to his list. If we had an issue, he made it a "non-issue". He even came back the following week to install under cabinet lighting. Highly recommend using them for anything electrical!
We got same day service for a minor issue-- actually, we got service within the same hour! Alex showed up and was really polite, effective, and walked me through everything. He ended up fixing several issues, instead of just the one we called about. He went above and beyond for the issue he came out for- which was basically cleaning up someone's else's work. Alex was a great representative and honestly someone I am going to request personally going forward.
We highly recommend Doc Watts Electric! Don't use anyone else and get the job done right the first time! This household will only use Doc Watts from now on.

This company is consistently a pleasure to work with! Every single employee is pleasant, efficient and conscientious! Their pricing is fair and the work is always above and beyond what was required. They did all of the wiring when we remodeled a large garage into a Mother-in Law suite at our home, installed 50-amp service on vacant land we own for an RV and have done all of our maintenance on both our home and our 18,000 sq.ft. school building. We no longer get multiple estimates for jobs and will stay with Jonah and his wonderful team at Doc Watts forever.

These guys are the best! We bought a house and found out after the fact the wiring was dangerous old cloth wire. I knew this was bad. We needed it replaced ASAP.
We landed on Doc Watts. Jonah came out to look at it. He was super professional and explained the whole process. Alex and Christian did a great job doing a total rewire. They were so meticulous, made sure everything was level and clean. You could tell they really cared. These guys put up with all my questions and explained exactly what was going on. They moved the panel outside and it ended up freeing up a ton of space. Installed new LED lights in kitchen and bath that were a huge upgrade. All in all from start to finish they took a stressful situation and made it a breeze. Recommend to anyone.

I needed repairs done ASAP to pass inspection for the closing of my house. At first I was a little scared when they gave their hourly rate for one hour. They told me that the cost depends on the job. I was determine to make sure the Electrician was not going to waste any time to get the job done in less than an hour. I met with Alex ,who arrived on time, was professional, listened to my instructions on the two areas that needed fixing. He went to his truck one time and within half an hours time, he completed his task and still chatted with me for a few more minutes. His work was diligent, clean and I didn't have to spend any extra money. WOW.. I was impressed and I highly recommend Ladies to use Doc Watts. They are not going to try to taken advantage of you and add additional cost like the Mechanics. Thank you !! Doc Watt Staff, Alex, especially Ms. Rivera for sending me the invoice quickly. I needed to show proof to the Real Estate Company that the job was done right.
