This is one of the worst companies that I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They are a bunch of politicians that do not want to accept, even with irrefutable proof, that their product has a flaw. They would rather Place blame on a hard-working installer that's trying to feed his family. I've been building houses for over 20 years and I will never again use their services or product. They do not care about the homeowner or installer, I do not recommend using this company for anything.

We have worked with Emser tile for numerous years and have always been treated with the "above and beyond" treatment that everyone hopes for. Kelly (our sales rep) is responsive and always willing to help with his knowledge and experience. Jammy is always a source of wisdom when it comes to customer service. Thank you for all you do for us.

Slightly irritated by this company. I don't know how Tracy Landsdell is an operations manager. It's really hard to get her to respond or do anything for you. If shes too busy can you get her an assistant? Also, It's kind of like she has no brain. Sorry but not sorry. You ask a simple question and it's like talking to a brick wall, I would think operations managers should be able to problem solve and find solutions. Or maybe go out of their way to make a customer happy. THIS IS NOT an operations manager!
I am so about to take my business elsewhere.

Great selection of tile. Beautiful showroom. The employees are extremely nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
