Our garage spring snapped and we needed repair. Our total repair bill was $1600 for an 80,000 cycle spring, new wheels and cables. This included a shop fee of $80 and $156 membership to the worry free club. Everyone says we overpaid, it was Mothers Day and we failed to do our research adequately.
Normally, I don’t write bad reviews….but as you can see in the photos, our garage wheels are off track, and we can’t raise it. It raised just fine after repair, and 3 cycles later. This!!!!!!!!
Today is a work day and I am stuck!!! Not happy. Never had this issue until A-1 worked on our door. And, I just called customer service and after waiting 6:33 minutes, the automated system said leave a voicemail. Deeply unsatisfied.
I had totally different expectations on the costs of a garage motor and tune-up. I think A1 is too expensive. I should have done better research. But Trey was knowledgeable of his products, pleasant, professional and helped me understand what the experience would be in the end to make sure I would be satisfied with his solution and service. He took the extra effort to make sure all my remotes were integrated and working properly. I appreciated that.

An absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The sales staff were knowledgeable and fair, the office staff both competent and friendly, and the install tech was top notch in all respects! The door was purchased and ready for delivery but hurricane damage that was discovered afterwards had to be taken care of prior to installation. They were very gracious and understanding while we walked through the repair process and did not charge us any storage fees and even helped out staging the old door in place while the repairs were done. 5 stars all the way! I would give them a 6th for their customer service if the option was available!

The company was great to work with, the members were awesome as well. If it wasn’t for Rocky we wouldn’t have replaced the garage door at the moment. He helped us with all the questions we had and got us a great deal. The installation process was great as well with Manuel, he even helped with moving a wire that was going to be visible to make it look more seamless.

José did a great. His guidance was excellent and am looking forward to have the garage door installed in the upcoming days.
Jordan, explained the different offers and provided me various methods of payment. I finally decided to use one of the 0% interest in 12 months loan options they offered.
Manuel did an excellent job installing the door. Very professional and friendly.

We had Brain and Manny come to the house and we recieved a new garage door. They both were very respectful and upfront with information. If we had a question they answered it. The cost was fair and the quality is great. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family
