The technician Zachary was very professional. He explained what was needed for repairs, what was the basic things to make the garage door work to what was needed to make it completely repaired. With not trying to up sale. I would recommend this company for any repair or replacement you may need.

Our technician, Cameron, was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and answered all of our questions. He was very well trained and took the time to give us a thorough quote for the job and did quality installation. He was very nice and explained how to work everything. He even set up the garage door opener in my car! I would highly recommend Percision Garage Door!!

We had the main holder of the garage coming loose. They came out that very day. He explained that the door didn’t have the maintenance that it should have had and that things were not done to its full efficiency. He fixed it within 2-3 hours. As good as new. We’re very thankful ?.

Fast Service. The tension wire to my garage door broke at 1pm today. I made a call to schedule a quote, and the company had Maurice to my house the SAME day in less than 3 hours! Not only was it fixed the same day, Maurice, the technician, did a thorough check on all the parts of the door and recommended a few upgrades that would prolong the use of our old door or purchasing a new one. We opted for a repair of the most critical parts that needed repairing and added a strengthening bracket to the top arm wear it attached to the top panel, as it was at danger of breaking in the future. It was refreshing to have the same technician that was going to do the repair also give the quote up front. I definitely recommend this company for your repairs of your garage door and would use them again if needed. Oh…did I mention, they give a 3-year guarantee on the parts and labor if the parts they replace fail. Win in my opinion!

I cannot say enough about Precision Garage Door and the fantastic service I received from this company and every single technician that I encountered. They are nothing but professional in all aspects of their organization. I just purchased a house that had a converted carport to a garage that's was done about 30+ years ago. However, the previous owners never bothered to add a header so there was an opening at the top of the garage door. I had numerous garage door companies tell me that they could get me a new garage door but couldn't add a garage door opener. I was not going to manually open my garage door so I contacted a few more garage door companies. My boss recommended Precision to me. Precision replaced every part needed for a garage door to work including the garage door (rails, a header, trim & etc) for under $3k. My garage door looks beautiful and it's so quiet.
