I called to Speak to a Manager. We have been waiting for 5 months for a door to be installed. When they came to install it, the door was the wrong size. They ordered the wrong size. All this time our business is affected because that's the main door in the shop. Durning the 5 months wait on the door we ordered two new motors to be installed. The guy comes out to give us the quote and inspects everything. The day of installation the tech asks me where the electrician is. I ask the tech why I would need one and he said the motors are hard wired. I asked him didn't the guy who came out to give me the quote let you know this, he said they never tell us! After all this we are still stuck with two new doors and two new motors that don't work. Parts are missing and stuff not aligned right. I call to speak to the Manager she told me she would call me back and never did. This company should not be in business, they can't even call you back!!!! My next call is to the Better Business Bureau.
Quality Garage Door Service always does an excellent job. Kendall was wonderful. Super knowledgeable, efficient, curteous, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service today on my garage door. Early morning call resulted in same day service and very polite and knowledgeable technician. Would recommend.

The technician was professional and completed the service in a timely manner. He was able to identify the problems with our garage door, show and explain them to me, and gave me the cost as he went along.

I have used Quality Garage Door in the past and have received excellent results. I needed some repairs to the opener and Kendall immediately began work and explained in detail what needed to be done and the cost estimate. Kendall was very professional and efficient. I believe that Quality Garage Door provides excellent service at competitive prices.

Joey Hovanec performed the initial estimate and installation on our 3 roll up doors for our service department and everything on his end was smooth sailing and professional. He was courteous and extremely knowledgable. Would definitely recommend him if you need any commercial garage door services.
