I don't even know how to describe my experience. They send a Field "Manager" to quote my project, I agree to the quote and say lets do this. A week later they call me to ask if I got the quote? I said yes and I approved it, and they said they didn't get that info and schedule me for Monday morning. Monday, they call to say they won't make it on time and give me a later time. Call again to say they can't make that time and will need to reschedule. Reschedule me for Wednesday. Call me now on Tuesday and say they need to cancel the project saying due to the "height of my fascia repairs." Fascia is normally on a roof! They did offer a $150 voucher for future work. My problem there is my quote and work order had more work on it then just the fascia??? Just a bad experience that wasted my time and makes them appear unorganized. At least they've identified a training opportunity for their Field "Manager."
Hired these guys for 4 different jobs. Of the 4, they actually only completed one and, even with that one, it was not done as promised. After several attempts to get them to come do the rest of the work, wasting time waiting for them to arrive, they said they would not do the rest of the jobs and said they would keep the $500 for materials I gave them in advance to cover the one job they did half way. Said they would send me an itemized bill for those materials and never did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FOLKS.

I had a great experience with Giancarlo and Miguel. They did a terrific job repairing the wood rot on my fascia as well as some interior work. I would certainly recommend them and would use them for future jobs.

We had a great experience with this company. Charlie managed our project and he did an excellent job. In our master bath we had our shower completely redone, and a new vanity top, light fixture, and fan installed and in our guest bathroom we had a new light fixture and fan installed. They worked with our schedule, worked efficiently, did a great job, and were very accommodating about the few minor issues we wanted fixed up (literally just some sanding, caulking, sealing in a few spots). We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do improve their home--no job is too big or small. :)

If I had to sum up my experience with Sean M from the Handyman Co,I would highlight his integrity and his willingness to stand behind his work! Sure you can hire anyone to screw in a nail, hammer a few things, and make a few general home improvements, but when it comes to letting someone into your small business (practically my home) you want to make sure they are honest and most importantly respectful of the belongings in your home. He was professional when I met him to set up the job, as well as when I called to follow up after the job. I needed something high enough to hide my computer screen for privacy and enough work space for my two employees. I asked him not to stain it just yet because I didn't know which color stain I wanted. He's very patient with me. He's coming back to make shelving units for me! Super thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him, a true professional with a kind spirit.
