We were happy with the Cleaning Services for the first year to two years. We felt for the work they were doing in our home that they had properly priced it… then after two years of consistent services they upped our rate 100%… yes 100% price increase weekly. We went from having 4 to 5 workers every week come in for about 3.5 hrs to 2 workers staying maybe 1 hour. 3/4 of the stuff on the list of what they’re supposed to be doing is not being done…. And for 100% price increase you would think that they would be doing just as good of a job if not better.
Throughout the time with us, they broke many things, including breaking tiles in half on our bathroom wall. Pretty much at least once a month we expect something to be broken.
We have decided to cancel the service as we could easily do the work that they are doing for us ourselves. What we need is someone that when they say they’re going to do the work they actually do the work they’re being paid to do. Otherwise, it’s stealing, right?
I cannot recommend this company any longer.
Annie Cleaning Services did an exceptional job on our move-out cleaning. The whole process - obtaining an estimate, scheduling the work, the cleaning team's on-time arrival & completing the work - was flawless. Our real estate agent reported that the home post-service was spotless.

Deep cleaning Overall good but some details were lost… I.e. the kitchen cabinets left with grease, the dining table not cleaned… see pics before and after, we cleaned ourselves.
