They showed up today for a $100 service diagnosis and wanted to charge me $480 more to spend 10 minutes putting in a different thermostat. I was across town, and when I got to the house they left it wired in the condition pictured. Rather than putting it back the way it was, they maliciously put it in an unknown arrangement with the breaker on so that I cannot put a new thermostat on. They refuse to send me the picture my tenant saw them take of the original wiring. I've never experienced such outright unprofessionalism and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and contacting my lawyer if there are additional damages found as a result.
I called this company to get a quote on a mini split for my garage. The salesman arrived on time. He was quite nice but he was a "salesman." He gave me the spiel on how many years he has been selling, all the while making noise chomping on gum. He then asked about insulation and whether I wanted to turn the garage into a gym and permitting etc. it's almost as if he was trying to sell me out of the unit. He took some measurements and I gave him a book to read that happened to be in the garage. Sadly, this company's bid was $more than $11k. Outrageous gouging. A Daikin 3ton unit is under $5k wholesale. Run!!!!!

Still waiting on pipe covering to be finished. It has been over a month now and I have made at least 7 phones calls and no one responds. They did call and tell us they had schedule to have the piping finish for 7/20 and they would call us to let us know what time. NO PHONE CALL AGAIN so we called them and we told they didn't see anything schedule and would check with the manager an call us back. Been over an hour and still NO PHONE CALL.
