The level of professionalism that Eddie conveyed was the stuff of Legends you don't see that type of professionalism friendliness and all around great work anymore. Big box corporations should imitate the way he treats customers in the way he explains what the problem is, what the client can do better to mitigate damages for the future, and if you have time walk you through the process of repairing. It's simply unheard of and and it's a breath of fresh air to see someone that can teach, do the job and care about the work being done. Now let's talk about prices. Fair market prices for the work that needs to be done for an inspection the cost for that is slightly lower than some of the competition which means he's probably getting more work than the competition. You can truly see that he cares about what he's working on. My advice to everybody who's looking for a company that can do the job properly and treat you like a human being would be to go with this company bar none. I got more information and help from him than Frank gay or that other company not to knock them but that's how good this company is

We called for after hours service and Eddy responded quickly and with no hesitations. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly communicated everything he was doing, including what the the fix would be and cost. We will gladly use him again for any AC needs, and refer all others who need service to choose Blue Air.

This people blew our mind! We called around for a few estimates and quickly discover that we needed a new unit. We talked to Eddy. He came in right on time. We were very impressed at his punctuality, professionalism, and how knowledgeable he was. We got a brand new unit in no time. We r so pleased with his service. Thank you Eddi!
