Gilberto and Jorge worked on replacing our AC units and they were very thorough, polite, honest, and friendly! They showed us everything that was changed and how to work the new unit. They also helped reconnect our new AC to our nest thermostat very quickly and made sure the area they worked in was clean before they left. They were great!
Tony just came and serviced my air conditioner. Not only did he diagnose the problem in less than two minutes-he also educated me as to how the system worked. I found his honesty and integrity totally refreshing. You don't find that often in todays world.. Thank you so much Our Place-and a special shout out to Tony. Feels great to have my air back!!!! I purchased a new Goodman unit from Our Place a number of years ago. Today I had them come over to clean and service the unit. There were some issued found but Bruce explained what needed to be done and quickly took care of it. He was honest, professional and willing to explain what he was doing so I could learn.
I would like to have Bruce come over to my house for all repairs from Our Place since he knows the unit and any will make the needed repairs.

I had an exceptional experience with Tony Erickson, my air conditioning technician, during a maintenance call today. Tony was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. Tony’s attention to detail and commitment to quality service were evident throughout the visit. He went above and beyond to ensure my AC unit was running efficiently. I highly recommend Tony for any air conditioning needs. Thank you, Tony, for your outstanding service!

The absolute best installation crew. They were fast, kind and did an amazing job! Gilberto and Jorge installed my AC unit today and helped me understand all of the nuances and how best to use my unit to keep the longevity! I really appreciated them and highly recommend them for all your AC needs!

Richie was amazing. He provided options to be, he was amazingly honest and provided suggestions to maintain my ac unit. I’m so appreciative of his professionalism! Would love for him to come out to service when I add the pump and flow pipe!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Our Place Air & Home Repair for an air conditioning issue at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I contacted them, it was clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.
Austin Johnson, the technician assigned to my case, was incredibly honest and pleasant throughout the entire process.

I felt it’s time to have my AC checked because my house was not cooling and thermostat reached 88 F last night. So after many phone calls comparing maintenance plans and costs, we decided to go with Our Place Air and Home Repair. Felisha was the best of everyone we talked to and she sent Richie Dorris who is so good! He is very competent and sincerely personable. He walked me through the process and showed every step of what he was doing. He was able to fix my cooling problem and took time to clean the condenser unit and added dye to check refrigerant leak. I will be sleeping soundly tonight! Thank you so much, Richie! FIVE STARS!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Updated - 04/27/2024 - Richard with Our place Air & Home Repair, very informative and helpful. Our unit is 23 years old, he gave us the run down, helped cut the heater off since it was causing our home to be hot. Bought us enough time to think about the next bigger step. Thank you so much.
I called and asked if someone could help me find my air handlers filter, as I was experiencing a nasty smell. I didn’t need much done as I already cleaned the unit myself. But I’m so happy I found Our Place Air & Home.
Sara was very helpful about the 10$ monthly fee which you can cancel at anytime.
As I was waiting for the tech, I found my air handlers filter. I called again just to make sure the 10$ monthly fee could be canceled without any commitment. I was skeptical at first. As most companies charge 70-100$ just for one visit.
Mike told me it was a 12 month contract. I basically told him, not much needs to be done here. Besides needing help with the measurements for the air handlers filters. I didn’t want to waste their time or mine.
They ended up waiving the fee and having the specialist Kyle come over anyways
Once Kyle arrived, I told him everything. And they listen. They don’t try to haggle, or pressure you to do something.
My situation was the air handler never had a filter for 14 years! Out of those 3 years that I’ve been here it has been effecting my health.
We had a filter at the return vent but not at the air handler..
It was blocked off from whoever installed the bathroom. So I didn’t have access to the air handlers filter.
Kyle, was informative enough to answer my questions I was worried about and even threw in a FREE fogging sanitize
Treatment into the return air vent. Just to have me on board for the 10$ a monthly fee which you can CANCEL at any time. And to leave a good review.
I highly recommend. I ended up doing a lot of the research and do it yourself maintenance but having this service was the icing on the cake.
Going to clean the coils and drain line once more tomorrow but overall air quality has improved and the smell has reduced drastically from what it was before. I couldn’t sleep, eat. Now I have a peace of mind and know what it is to breathe in clean air once more without having to step outside.
