Owner made an appointment with me to do the install 6/28 at 830am.

No call No Show #1- owner did not reach out to advise he was not going to be able to make his appointment. I had to be the one to reach out on 6/29!!! Owner apologized as he got tied up on a job and that he would be there 6/30 at 8am.

No call No Show #2 on 6/30 owner once again Owner did not reach out and I had to reach out to him.. He apologize and advised me he would be there 7/1 at 830.

No Call No Show #3.....7/2 I reached out to the owner he advised he would be there on 7/3....

Well to my surprise at 3pm (2) young men showed up to do the job. I was on my way home so I went ahead and opened up my garage for them... I have a camera in my garage. Needless to say they were in and out and less than 40 minutes. I thought this was quite strange that this process took less than an hour to do...

Within a few weeks I had noticed no difference in my electric bill or sustaining temperature within my home. So I had my air conditioning company come out and do a full service. When they went into the attic they felt cold air blowing. He advised me the ducts hadn't been repaired. He also advised me He would have to charge me $1,250 to have the insulation removed And to get my ducts repaired.

I reached out to the owner of the company and to my surprise once again he gave me the runaround telling me he would show up and didn't show up. Now he won't even answer my calls text messages or emails.

I HIGHLY advise you take your business elsewhere. I feel taken advantage of and I'm quite upset. I should have just paid the extra money to go with the company that's more reputable and reliable ????

I have screenshots of all the messages and times that I have tried to reach out and get this situation rectified.
