The tech was amazing and very educated about cars. I needed a jumpstart and he came right away and communicated his eta as he got close to my area. He even recommended someone in the company that could fix my car issue and was able to give me a quote without the pressure of feeling like I needed to make a decision. If I could personally request for him every time I had a car issue I would. I can’t remember his name, but I think his name was Emmanuel.

I’m here waiting in a unsafe place since 9:00pm & I called the location the lady who picked up the phone was very rude and 20 minutes to my wait :( I’m just getting home at 11:22pm this is very unprofessional & why did the African-American men have the audacity to ask me for my drivers license & until the Hispanic man, I refuse to give my drivers license. I ran to the 7-Eleven to get something to drink and forgot my drivers license. I showed him my digital card from Geico. With the same Vin number on it as my car, he told me that was not good enough. I decided not to argue with him. I just pulled off because at this point I was beyond mad… Very poor service ‼️
