Love my new pool with enclosure and solar panels Worth the cost to have it done by professionals who followed every step meticulously and always included inspections by the county This gives me great peace of mind that my pool will be enjoyed for many years to come Update Today my salt cell was replaced because the original Pentair had gone bad. American Pools came out and replaced it for charge and even noticed that the filter had not been bolted down and so they took care of that while they were here Many thanks to Anthony and the warranty repair team

Very pleased with APS each stage of construction you have a specific person from the office assigned for questions. Big thank you to Dawn, Karen and Edna. I am very particular and like to know all details and information. These ladies were always ready to answer my questions and help. They were super patient with my many many emails and questions. Our pool is beautiful.

Great experience with this company. When I contacted the company for a quote the salesman Jay Masher was here within a couple hours. Jay was professional and well informed. Robert W. and Juan Estrada were here doing most of the work on the resurfacing of my pool,both were excellent to work with. I have to give extra credit to Juan. Juan was outstanding with his communication and instruction. He was and still is available to answer my multiple questions. I have given Jay's information to a friend who needs work on his pool. I absolutely recommend American Pools and Spas. Kim N.

I do not write a lot of reviews but this time I had to do it. I had a pool built for my autistic son with every single feature you can imagine just so he could have his own mini resort since he is also immune compromised and cannot go in to public pools. AP&Spas did an Amazon job and their response and customer service has been stellar to say the least. Troy Girdner has been amazing along with his field team Jaime Marrero and Anthony Calladei. What’s most important to me is that after the pool was complete and paid off…they will always responsive and once again, customer service was great and still is, great quality and everyone that comes to my house, is impressed with the pool and all the features. Thanks again guys. If you need a pool, do it with AP&Spas. You get what you pay for. Here’s some pics so you can see what an amazing pool they built my son. I am very humble while I say this, It was a huge sacrifice but worth every penny. I would do it all over again if I had to…. No regrets. Thanks guys, you are awesome.

We had an excellent experience working with American Pool & Spas. After meeting with David, he provided helpful initial design guidance during our new home construction. They worked alongside our builder to coordinate pool construction details and ensure it was completed to coincide with our home’s closing. The team was attentive and addressed our questions and minor concerns promptly, professionally and completely. Jaimie, TJ, Bobby and the America Pool & Spas team are knowledgeable professionals who built us a beautiful, high quality pool and spa that we will enjoy for years to come. We would highly recommend them and gladly use them again if the opportunity arises. Bob & Michelle Willig

Everyone was easy to work with. I would recommend American pools and spa to anyone the pricing is reasonable the quality is great.

CODY POOLS SAVES THE DAY!!! After another pool builder started our project and then went out of business, Cody Pools (which I must credit my amazing Wife Jenny for searching and finding) took the reins and completed our project and my goodness; it looks and feels wonderful. Their work is TOP-NOTCH and they were PROFESSIONAL and COMMUNICATIVE from day one to completion. Their ATTENTION TO DETAIL (even down to readjusting the ground bonding cables so no one will trip on them) is one of many reasons behind my 5-star review. Jay Masher was our sales guy, Steve Fultineer was our construction superintendent (who only hires the best contractors; all the guys that came were so COURTEOUS and RESPECTFUL OF OUR PROPERTY), and Maxine Gittens worked with us on financing. We cannot begin to thank these amazing folks (and of course, every member of their staff) for working with us closely every step of the way. If you want to build a pool, think Cody Pools. Believe me; you’ll be in the best hands!

What an awesome experience this pool build was from start to finish thanks in large part to the team over at American Pools and Spas! Like many others, I'm sure, this wasn't a spur of the moment decision for us and we had a very clear vision for what we wanted out backyard pool to be and APS completely knocked it out of the park. We were told it was one of the biggest non-commercial pools they've ever built, and it's a whopper! 8 feet deep, 12 feet wide and 39 feet long in the deep end, overall 39 feet wide, and coming in at over 39K gallons. Jonas Anderson was extremely patient with us and accommodating during the design process and remained involved with us well beyond just "selling us" on the pool. He helped us pick the perfect color to create our beautiful teal water and was great when changes needed to be made. This was truly a fluid project and Jonas helped us all roll along! Our main super-intendent, Austin Miller, was amazing! He kept things moving forward and made sure we were happy with every step of the process. As with any construction project, we hit some bumps in the road and some unforeseen delays, but Austin kept us in the know and helped smooth things out along the way. Can't say enough how much we appreciate the work he did and the patience he showed with us. Also want to mention Edna and Dawn, our schedulers, and thank them for keeping the lines of communication open and keeping us informed of upcoming milestones and site visits. Communication is the key to any successful project implementation!! I wanted to thank Melissa Prano....she was the 1st pool sales rep., 2 years before Jonas - yes, we waited, that really understood what we wanted. We are not just building our dream pool for "now", its for family, friends, our furdogs, grandparents, and as we get older...so it doesn't turn into a large tub outback that no one can use. There are so many 'little' additions to our pool to ensure we enjoy our pool well into our 80s+...we still have 40 more years, but looking forward to enjoying our piece of paradise!!! And Jonas quickly caught on to that same vibe, which is a true testament to how American Pools & Spas have a firm grasp on how to treat customers. Can't recommend American Pools and Spas strongly enough. When we hit the lotto, we know exactly who we want building our next pool!
