Excellent experience all around. I desperately needed a completely new roof during the holiday season which I knew would be tough. They sent me an estimate right away, took a deposit, scheduled me and hit the install date exactly on schedule. Once they peeled back old roof we found a host of issues with zero roof decking underneath. They installed all new decking, took out a bunch of useless vent stacks that were no longer being used, put in new underlayment...like new construction! I was there when city building inspector came through and he also said they did a great job. Thanks for Carroll Bradford Roofing no more leaks!
"I am extremely frustrated with Carroll Bradford,.They owe me $2000,They even gave us a promise letter and signed by Stephen Barnett, and it's been over two months without payment. Despite their claims of sending the check three times, I have not received anything. This has caused significant inconvenience and has left me doubting their reliability and professionalism. I would not recommend doing business with this company based on my experience."

We had to replace our roof last Fall after a hail storm caused damage. After receiving several quotes, we opted to contract with Carroll Bradford. Our sales manager came with lots of promises, most of which they kept until the check cleared. We were fortunate that we did not have damage to our decking so it was only replacing the barrier, shingles, flashing, etc. However, when the crew was working on the area above our garage, they damaged a piece of decking and it collapsed into the crawlspace in the garage. Instead of replacing the decking, they just covered over it and called it a day. We didn't discover until a week or so after they completed the job when my husband opened the crawlspace panel to put back some items we store there. If they covered this up, what other less than acceptable work did they hide? This was in October 2023. Its now July 2024 and our calls, emails, texts to the company have been blown off. They said they'd send someone out to look at it. They said they'd send a crew to come and fix it. Neither of those things have happened. Our roof is now less secure and more vunerable to damage moving into the hurricane season here in Florida. I would NOT, for any reason, recommend Carroll Bradford Roofing.

Communication with the company was excellent. They got back to me ASAP with the info I needed. They gave me a fair quote and explained the options to me in plain english. When I gave them the VERY strict HOA requirements, they went over them carefully and passed on to the next in the chain of command to read carefully. They got the job done in 2-days: 1 day for equpment / material drop off. The next day to rip off the old roof and install the new roof. They followed up with communication to be sure I was satisfied. They even came back bc they told me that they did not have enough daylight to put the gutter guards back in place...so someone made a special trip the next day to put those back into place. Will recommend 100%.
ps - my neighbors have been impressed as 3 of them have said that the roof looks good. TWO have asked for the company's info.

BEWARE! DON’T HIRE this company. We were contacted by Eric Kron ( Sales consultant) to do our roof and we hired them back in October. The job started on December 2nd and on that day, while they were replacing a piece of plywood on top of my daughter/nursery room, they broke a pipe from the fire system our house has and flooded that room, our masters, the hallway and part of our living room. Half of the roof in that room and all of the laminate floor that got wet got damaged. Thankfully, I was home and was able to close the main water line before it got worse. Keep in mind I was 8 and a half months pregnant and with my 4 year old dealing with this while my husband was at work.
They tried to make us believe they didn’t know what happened, when we know for a fact they were on top of that room changing a piece of plywood that was damaged. We told Mr. Kron what happened and that we thought they had to take some responsibility for it. We even told him we knew someone who could fix everything for a lot less than the person he wanted an estimate from. We weren’t trying to get extra money, we just wanted to get the damage fixed fast since we would have a newborn home soon. After we sent the estimate they informed us that the company didn’t have to take any responsibility for it but out of the goodness of their hearts they would cover only half. We tried getting updates from Mr Kron after that since we hired him and it was his project. He would reply he wasn’t responsible for that anymore but his Sales Manager Mr Milton or Mr Barnett, one of the owners. Not what you want to hear from a business. The person you hired, washing his hands when they mess up since he’s not the owner.
It’s been over a month since they said they would cover half and they keep saying it’s out of their hands because they don’t control finances.
We had to bring home a newborn without a nursery, our daughter has no room either and we’ll have to cover all the repairs now.
DON’T hire them! You might get a new roof but then a bill for thousands of dollars to fix the inside of your house!

Carroll Bradford did an OUTSTANDING job with my roof! From the very first phone call dealing with their office staff, to working with my field rep Matt Stevens and then their amazing crew, everything was perfect from start to finish. And my roof is somewhat unique - half of my house has a pitched roof and the other half has a flat roof, and they didn't miss a beat. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof - you will be happy you used them!

This company name, CARROLL BRADFORD, was an unknown name to me. After speaking with the Sales Consultant, SHANE AMY, I realized the corporate name didn't matter (even though it does). SHANE AMY quickly became a likable friend whom I trusted with the details of this working relationship.. Mr. Amy was on top of all segments of the financial and working process. I have seen other roofers in our neighborhood take 10 to 14 days to replace a roof. A Big Shout Out to the Team Leader and the CARROLL BRADFORD guys on the roof, I counted seven, and they were done and 1 and 1/2 days. It was like everyone on the Team knew what they had to do, and it got done on a timely process. When, and if, SHANE AMY should knock on your door, Listen to him, make a friend, and take care of your new roof.

Jason Milton and Carroll Bradford treated my home like it was their own. Jason Milton inspected my roof at my request. After the inspection, he advised me on his findings and explained everything involved with reproofing my house. He left me with no questions and never pressured me to commit on the spot or sign anything until I decided to go with them. They tore off the roof in one day and reroofed the next day while repairing some leaks. They completed the project on time with no "surprises". Throughout the process, Jason Milton and his crew managers were there to address all my concerns and silly questions. The quality of work was excellent too. I highly recommend Jason Milton and Carroll Bradford for your roofing needs.

Couldn't be happier with the services provided by Carroll Bradford Roofing. The project manager, Larry Williams is the best! He went above and beyond every step of the way. He helped me walk through the purchasing process, he's very easy to work with, and he has amazing follow up. The installers did an excellent job as well. Their work came out great, they left the job site clean, and they were extremely professional. I have Larry and his team saved in my phone for future use, 100% recommend them!!
