Ordered 4 designer signs and a signpost. At pick, I realized the numbers were bleeding over on one side of the sign, not the other. I pointed this out to there team and Jason came over to address my concern. While talking to him, the large sign slipped out of my hand and dropped to the floor and severely bent the corner. I was mad at myself and asked if he could straighten that out somehow, which he tried and couldnt fully remove. He asked if i could wait 10 minutes he was going to remake the two signs where the black numbers bled over onto the colored design. Jason not only remade the two signs that bled over, but he made a completely new sign to replace the one that I dropped and damaged. It was not his responsibility, but he did it anyway. Thats great customer service. They got a customer for life and deserve your business.
