He didn’t rush us in our decisions but made sure we were comfortable with our decision. Update: It’s been a year and I actually added onto my Solar. I added the battery back up and it has been great. Excellent experience with my salesperson Alphonso Maldonado. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns during the purchase process. He also helped in setting up the financing. He even helped to expedite a home visit by a technician to correct a communication problem between the. panels and monitoring app that reports system performance to me and the monitoring techs at Freedom Solar. The tech quickly discovered the problem, which was minor. I’m delighted to see that the panels are providing virtually all the power I use in the daytime, and sending the excess back to the grid! I look forward to stabilizing my electric bill, which had increased over 100% over the last 18 months or so. I would not hesitate in recommending Freedom Solar to anyone seeking to stabilize their electric bill in a period of rapid price increases in the electric utility industry.
