Stucco RX (Tony owner) was called out to open up an area of stucco that was reported to possibly have water damage found by inspector as we prepared to sell our house. He came out and gave me a quote for the job which consisted of opening up a 6x2 area of stucco and stated he wanted 1/2 of the $1,250 as down payment. I gave him a check for $625 that day.
He was very difficult to get a hold of him trying to get the area opened. I left numerous messages and texts just to confirm when he would be out as I do work full-time. He came out on a Tuesday (initially came out on Saturday after I waited for him all day as he said he would be at my house at a specific time) and had 2 other people with him. One was smoking cigarettes just as he arrived on site and as they started to open up the stucco area, they started blaring music in my otherwise quiet neighborhood.
It took them about 25 minutes to actually open up the area and then extensive water damage was found. At that time, I had to call out a general contractor to evaluate the extent of the damage and the next steps involved. His crew cleaned up the area and they left.
I was then told by the general contractor that I would have to have the area opened up another 2 feet up and further down. I then attempted to get in touch with “Tony” many times and finally when I told him what I needed done, he stated via text, “I simply don’t have the equipment” however in the same sentence he asked for additional $275 to open it up. He then in the same text stated, “ I can reimburse you the cost to install the sheathing that was not completed”.
I then asked him if he would just reimburse me for some of the work not completed as $625 was quite high given the scope of the original work as he stated he would do. Three days later after I was very nice via text asking him when he would be available to refund some of my money, I was ignored for 3 days. He then responded on the 3rd day stating he “turns his phone off on the weekends and he was currently out of town returning on Friday”. He stated in the same text, “I will be back in Orlando on Friday and will stop by. If you’re not home I will leave it under the doormat”. I kindly thanked him and afterwords heard NOTHING from him after and that was 9 days ago.
In the mist of this drama, I have now incurred a 20K bill from the contractor to fix the structural water damage and “Tony" was aware of how significant and costly a job this was for me in the middle of trying to sell my house. In addition, I had to pay someone else $125 to open up the other half of the area (which by the way was the exact amount “Tony” opened initially and with a ladder and small saw !!!).
Given I doubt I will never see any reimbursement from him (and I am not even asking for the whole thing), I am writing this review in hopes that NO ONE will ever have this nightmare happen to them and trust that someone would be professional and not try and take advantage of a nightmare of a situation.
I will NEVER refer any business to this vendor and will continue educate and tell my story!!

Great job repairing the stucco around our door frames when we replaced our sliding doors with French doors. Stucco looks great like the French doors have always been there. Easy to schedule, great communication, quick to get the job done, and left the work area clean. Highly recommend these guys.

Tony was a consummate professional along with his crew. They did a wonderful job and completed the stucco repairs quickly and efficiently at a fair price. My son actually walked on the steps they just fixed and he didn’t hesitate to come back and fix it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Hire them!

First let me begin by stating that out of 3 people I called to get estimates on replacing the stucco on my house they were the ones who actually showed up! Kudos to them. Tony and his son came as scheduled and completed the stucco repair in a timely and professional manor. They worked tirelessly without taking long breaks and finished the job in the time allotted. I am happy to report that I was pleased with the repair job they did.

Great work done quickly at a good price. I live out of town (Jacksonville) and Tony worked with my wife and I to coordinate repairs on my late mother's house. We are very appreciative of his flexibility, timeliness, and professionalism. Would recommend them to anyone needing stucco repair.

Tony was very professional and reasonably priced. Called on a Friday and He was out that Sunday morning. Was able to fix several holes left by our plumber from our recent re-pipe and left the space clean after they were done. He met my expectations and I would highly recommend calling him.

Tony and his crew did a very good job repairing my home after the main pipe bringing water into the house burst inside the concrete block in the front wall of the house. The plumbers made a number of large exploratory homes in the block search for the ruptured pipes and left a real mess inside and out. Stucco RX repaired the damage like new and did it without creating additional phantom problems just to raise the price of repair like some other contractors attempted to do. They were fast, polite, professional and priced well. I recommend - at least speak to them before you decide on a contractor.
