I needed a 4 point inspection for a new insurance company. I spoke with Jack at 4M and was offered the inspection within 2 days. He was courteous, helpful and professional. He showed up right on time, completed the inspection, and emailed the completed inspection report to me and to my insurance agent within a couple of hours. The entire experience was completely painless. I would highly recommend 4M to anyone in need of a home inspection.

My insurance agent advised I needed a 4 Point Inspection to renew my homeowner's policy and I called 4M Home Inspection to schedule. The call was promptly returned, a date was set, they showed up on time and completed the process in short order and at a reasonable price. My agent and I received a copy of the report that same day. Mr. Trimboli was professional and courteous and I would give him my best recommendation for anyone needing this service.

Jack has completed my last three home inspections and wind mitigations for my residence in Merritt Island as well as for my son's condo. Dealing with insurance companies these last few years has definitely been a challenge! Jack made this process easier by arriving early and giving a detailed report for my insurance company. He is knowledgeable and made recommendations to receive more credits from my insurance company. He responds quickly and took the time to answer all my questions. He is so kind and patient. He gives a detailed report by close of business on the same day as the inspection. I would definitely recommend Jack for all your wind mitigation and home buying inspections. He is reliable, reasonably priced and trustworthy.

i just purchased my 3rd home and i will only use Jack for my inspections. he just inspected a brand new construction home and with his knowledge and experience he found a very important mistake the builder made with this new home. thanks to Jack the builder will correct it, but most inspectors would not have found it. thank you Jack! and thanks for protecting me with every home purchase i make.

Jack was friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He did our wind mitigation inspection quickly and thoroughly. We received our report within a few hours. We highly recommend 4M Home Inspections.

Jack did a great job. I was really worried about my home insurance lapsing (hence the need for a new inspection). I was able to schedule within a couple days. Jack took the time to thoroughly inspect the property to ensure we got all the discounts possible and even explained what we could do to improve and get even more discounts.
