I recommend the Aging in place home for any older person i love my aging in place home. I was informed each step of the way I’m very happy in my home.

Florida Green Construction is by far the absolute best builder in Palm Coast. From start to finish, this company went out of their way to make my new build meet ALL of my expectations and needs.
Before meeting with Florida Green, I had met with another popular builder in Palm Coast and after that meeting I was ready to throw in the towel and head back north. Everything they offered was an "add on" and cost more money. Things that were extra for that company were standard and included with Florida Green.
I lived in a D.R. Horton new construction in N.C. before coming to Florida. The quality of my Florida Green home goes way beyond anything that Horton could ever offer. In 2019 I watched as an EF2 (110-135mph) tornado shredded the houses in my community. Go ahead and defend stick built homes all you want. I KNOW I'm much safer in my ICF Florida Green home. If you have any doubts, go read the story of the Three Little Pigs !!
I've read about other builders in the area not returning calls and not standing by their product after owners took possession. Florida Green has taken care of any and all issues and concerns months after closing on the home.
Building a home is always riddled with a few small bumps in the road. It's no different with this company. The difference, and it's a BIG one, is that if you aren't happy, Florida Green will make it right.
This company has no competition in my opinion. And NO, I'm not an employee. I'm a very happy home owner.

We just moved into our newly built home by Florida Green Builders here in Palm Coast, Florida. When we started looking, we wanted a custom built to our needs, not in HOA, and Florida Green Construction, with cost savings on energy costs, resistance to destruction due to weather or disasters, and superior construction methods. We reviewed and visited more than 15 national and local construction companies. We whittled down to three, which had excellent construction techniques for the home. Due to COVID-19, one was unwilling to modify the primary unit as promised; the second ran out of development lots, and both turned out to be HOAs.
Green Builders is a face-to-face company that listens to our needs and explains their construction. Plus, it has taken us to projects under construction at different phases and completed homes, in which the owners welcome us to view and assess the quality of the homes. None had any discouraging remarks, only praise for their homes. We started with a basic plan and worked from there. They also assisted us with finding property to build. During the process, we frequently met Jeff, the company owner, and Gene, the COO. It is very unusual for a company to do this. They made suggestions based on their experience and our needs, but our thoughts on what we wanted came first. We had informed choices. We took a while to get all the pieces of the puzzle together, and they assisted us with acquiring a builders loan from a local bank. We made the final decision, and they supported it. It took longer to build, but the quality was excellent throughout the construction.
I went down frequently to communicate and collaborate during construction. The house is unique—one of a kind. There were always hiccups, which were quickly resolved by Jeff, Gene, Andrei, and Richard, their staff. The house is very quiet, and with the ICF and Foam insulation, it is very good at maintaining resistance to heat down here. Even during the construction phase, when we visited, you could feel the difference before the air conditioning. The layout is excellent. One floor, no stairs, and broader hallways if we ever need a wheelchair. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for the construction of your new home. View the pictures of the house.

My ICF house is the house of my dreams! The company did everything the way I wanted, enlarged the garage, created additional space for my work office, and changed the Kayla model to all my wishes. My certified green home has all the benefits of green buildings - a healthy environment, energy efficiency, and hurricane resistance. My home is my strong fortress! Thank you FGC! Thumbs up!
