I asked for assistance with choosing a backsplash. It couldn't have been easier! They set up a zoom meeting. They were punctual, professional and friendly. They viewed my kitchen, dining area, living room and sun room. They asked pertinent questions. They explained a few options and sent images through a text, which is what I prefer. Because of my pleasant experience, and the fact my husband agreed to use one of their ideas, I will be hiring them for our bathroom remodel! The bonus, for me, is that I can help support a women owned business. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Tina, the owner, used to be an agent and knows what people are looking for. She came in at the last month of us wrapping the renovations up and gave her personal opinions on what people may look for. She wants the house to sell just as much as you do. Envision It is a family run business. 9 times out of 10, anyone that shows up to stage, move furniture, etc. is going to be within the family. I had no worry of them having access to the house at any time. Whether it's your personal home that you are trying to stage/sell, a renovation/flip, or even an Airbnb/rental, they will respect your property and turn your house into a home. The house in the pictures listed below is over 6,200 sq ft. They had plenty of furniture/decor to fill the entire house. They turned the house into something I could not have even imagined. I will use this company until they are no longer in business. Thank you guys :)

What a blessing! We had our realtor stage our home virtually to save money. It was on the market for over two months and had over 40 showings and 1 offer. The offer fell through and we had to do some additional work on the home and decided to stage it this time with real furniture. In comes Tina and her Envision IT team. They turned an empty house into a warm, elegant home anyone would want to live in. Within one week we had multiple showings and a full price offer. I will never sell another house without staging it and when I do the only person I will call is Tina. Thanks for blessing us!

I found out about Envision It home furnishing from, of all places, Facebook marketplace! Tina had posted about a sofa sale for Black Friday, and I took the opportunity. Tina kept me updated via messenger through the whole process of ordering, shipping, and delivery. When it looked like the delivery was going to be delayed, Tina made sure I was able to get the sofa sooner by having her own husband and teenage daughter deliver it straight to my door in their work van. Set up only took a few minutes, and as soon as they were done my 3 year old shouts, “WOOOOW, ITS PERFECT!” ; exactly what I was thinking. I love that this is a small, family run business that offers good quality products at affordable prices. I’ll definitely be checking out what else they carry in store!
