They deserve 10 stars! Kristi, Renee and Bobby went way beyond expectations to help make my fence possible in a timely manner. They were kind, helpful and kept me informed through the process. The installers were also professional, and worked quickly to finish the job. Can't thank the team enough, would highly recommend North River Fence.

Entire process was very fast and easy. Kristi in the office was great and it was nice to have the owner Bobby actually come out to our property and meet with us so he knew exactly what we wanted. His crew that came and installed the fence were all great and very respectful to our property and to our neighbor's. Great experience and would highly recommend. Thank you.

North River Fence

North River Fence’s crew damaged my irrigation drip line in my backyard while installing a fence. They did not respond to my email and refused to compensate me. I had to go to Lowe’s and purchase materials needed to fix the damaged line. The damage occurred in seven places along the line. The line was a few feet away from where they planned to install the fence. I have no idea how they caused the damage to the line was burried at least a foot in the ground. I talked to Boby and he said their company is not responsible if such a thing happens. My mistake was I trusted them and paid the whole cost upfront.I wouldn’t recommend this company for fence installation. Their crew were in verbal fight and swearing each other when I got back home from work while they were finishing up the job. Here I have attached a few pictures as an evidence. I had to use new drip tube and couplers to fix the line.

Had a great experience from start to finish working with Kristi in the office and Bobby on the ground. They were able to work quickly and got scheduled in about 2 weeks after we received our HOA approval. A couple of things to know when getting your fence: 1. Plan on having to redirect some irrigation once you get it done. I recommend using Justin's Irrigation https://maps.app.goo.gl/8kPWCboaAz4fHPaB8 2. Before you call, have a copy of your survey ready to email over. It makes the process much smoother. 3. Plan on day-of for the staff to just do their thing, but make sure you openly communicate with them so mistakes don't have to be corrected on the back end. We're so happy with our fence, and it's crazy how much of a difference it makes. Can't go wrong with North River Fence!
