As a former employee who suffered permanently debilitating injuries specifically due to their incompetence, I have already testified under oath that Bear General Contractors has incompetent supervisors and therefore even worse field carpenters. Their onsite methods are questionable at best, and intentionally cause injury. Unsafe job sites with soft chains of command, and weak (if any) logic and methods- produce shoddy work and incur exorbitant additional costs. I worked a total of 8 days for this company before they intentionally injured my back and groin- WITH REDUNDANCY. AFTER reporting severe back and groin pain from the previous day’s assignment of moving over 2000 lbs of concrete by myself (at the Pensacola Beach Hilton Garden Inn) to my immediate supervisor at the floor repair job at the Joe Zarzaur Law Office on Palafox- he informed me everybody’s back hurts and told me to get back to work- sorely compounding my injuries. He did this AGAIN the following day when I again reported severe back and groin pain to him. I walked off the job, hired a lawyer, and spent the next 3 months flat on my back. Their insurance company took over 4 months to acknowledge the claim (further compounding my injuries) and now it is 8 months of lawyer blah blah blah later with no compensation or treatment. Bear General Contractors could make a lot of this right with minimal effort but they have not. So I guess I’ll be back tomorrow with more details. The bottoms line is this outfit cannot be trusted to execute your build- their culture is soft, incompetent, and dangerous, and I have already testified to this fact under oath.

I'll give them 1- Star as an ex-employee, because just like many southern employers "they support open in equality!" I left because i was called the N-Word at Crestview Fire Station, with several witnesses (and I did absolutely nothing to deserve it)! When it was addressed, not only did they not Fire the perpetrator, but there was no disciplinary action at all done to Chevy! Also in result of Mr. Richard (a man of European decent - who have a genuine CHRISTIAN background who stood for right no matter thdue to amounts of currency e amount of melanin one possess, he was affected negatively as well! I have videos ? and witnesses to support everything I'm saying! Chris Plaeger even went so far as to threaten me with a lawyer Which I fear nothing buyt CHRIST- Period Healthy fear (also known as reverence) I never been one to respect or fear anyone due to amounts of currency
