A diamond in the rough. Needed an exact part for got & cold water turn offs and went to 4 other plumbing places. I pulled up her not expecting much & was blown away by the knowledge, helpfulness & assistance in getting the correct parts I needed. Including customizing to make it work for me. 5 stars is not enough rating for this fine establishment.

I went in and asked for a 230v 1/2 PSC motor and the cap to go with it and got told they do not sell motors to anyone other then contractors. Couldn't get the parts I needed even though they had it since I'm not a contractor. Makes no sense. It's not like I was asking for the r410a or better yet r22.

My wife and I stopped on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 looking for a faucet for our bathroom vanity. We had a number of questions. Steve Jandecka took his time and patiently answered them and helped with other questions we had pertaining to the installation. We deeply appreciated his professionalism, courtesy and kindness in the manner in which he dealt with us.

Great showroom. I spent 1-1/2 hours with Hunter selecting and purchasing products for a 2 bath and kitchen remodel. Cost over $11K. I was told everything except the tub would be delivered on Friday 7/31. Paid half when I ordered and the balance was to be paid prior to receipt and they would call me Friday AM. I never received a call. My husband called them as he had plumbers scheduled to arrive for install and was told several items were not in stock. Around 1am I received a call from Ferguson. I was in my car in a torrential Florida rain storm and had difficulty hearing which I explained to the person who continued the conversation. They offered a special courier to deliver the products by 5-6 pm that day. I said I'd check with husband and call back. Verified the number she called from was good to return the call. When I tried calling back I was put on hold for some time and eventually transferred to a survey. Never received another call from them. Husband later called & canceled the entire order. I replaced everything online at BUILD.COM and saved nearly $5K! Upgraded the quality of fixtures to Kohler and tub to Jacuzzi too. free shipping and to be delivered in days. Which is what Ferguson promised but did not deliver on. I guess I should be thanking Ferguson for not reaching out to me to let me know what was going on with my order. Had they only called to let me know it would take a few more days to fill the order I would have just rescheduled the plumbers.
