Adcock Crane, Inc. was at our 55+ community today to remove a 100 foot media tower that was partially brought down in the hurricane. This tower was leaning over our pool so nobody could use the pool, even though it was ready for swimmers. We were very impressed with the communication back and forth with the owner Mark. He professionally replied to every email we sent to him, and within a timely manner. This was our first time having to deal with such a project, but it certainly wasn't Mark's first time, the knowledge of the owner and the team was obvious. Mark and his team showed up on time with the crane, manpower and trucks needed to complete the job. He and his crew took that tower down before noon and they were gone. He came into the park with respect to our residents, not too early so to wake anyone and not too late for the work to be done. His team was respectful, courteous, and they got right to the project. The crane work was amazing! Mark worked that crane like it was another arm on his body. He picked up that tower and laid it down gently in the area they had selected, the crew cut it up and took it away. It's like the tower never existed. We hope this is the first and last time we will need anything like this to be done, but if we ever do, we will make Adcock Crane, Inc. the first call we make. When Mark and the crew were all cleaned up and ready to leave, Mark shook our hands and said "Thank you for giving us your confidence to let us do the job." Wow! Really? Mark was great!! I called a few other places and their quotes were high and some didn’t even want to take the job. He was on time he gave me a great price. And did a great job! He also flew a drone and recorded a video of the Buddha statue I needed moved and even sent me a copy! He took his time and was very patient with where we needed the statue to be. I wish every service company was like marks! Fair, Honest, n great service!! Highly recommended!!

Hauling thousands of pounds worth of tree out over my home, Obviously I was a bit nervous at first.
