True roofers just finished up installing a beautiful black metal roof. Totally changed the look of the house making the wife and I very happy with the end result. Had a great experience starting with Brandon the sales guy to Stephen who managed the job. Stephen was out here making sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was probably a pain in the butt since I am detailed oriented and wanted the roof to be perfect. The pricing was very fair and we would totally recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Working with True Roofers has been a great experience from start to finish. Brandon was very responsive, quick to come do the estimate and very knowledgeable and informative about the process. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, I got a call a few days later to give me the date of installation and to let me know the materials would be delivered the day before. When I had to sign another document, Lindsay called to let me know she emailed instead of just assuming or hoping I would see it, I appreciated that. The materials were delivered as planned and Jack showed up a few hours later to set up the trailer so everything would be in place when the roofers arrived the next day. The roofing crew did a great job, they worked really hard and it was obvious they are a great team. They have amazing stamina to do that job in this Florida heat. They finished the job in less than two days and did a great job cleaning up all around the house. I will highly recommend True Roofers to anyone I know who needs roof work.

True Roofers has been the far most honest and professional roofing company i have experienced! They did an amazing job from start to finish. Brandon who was the point of contact through this process explained every step of the way! He is a great, honest, and professional! The roofers arrived on time and completed the job same day in the evening just like Brandon stated! Roofers cleaned up after they were done! I am very satisfied with the Job this company provided! I do recommend this company who is looking for an honest, reliable and great price, compare to other companies who had over quoted me! Brandon, Steve, Jack and all the crew that put on our roof for our condo(6in total) we absolutely amazing. To start Brandon is one first class, upright and amazing salesman, he went so far above and beyond his normal duties, he returns calls almost immediately, answers questions, and explains the whole process in terms that anyone can understand. Steve and Jack have so helpful in the whole process And insuring things got done in a professional and timely manner. Our whole experience with True Roofers has been nothing short of miraculous, they put our roof on when they said they would, the job looks great, and we are beyond pleased.

Our experience with True Roofers from beginning to end was great. Fabian was very attentive and was so helpful with helping us deal with the damage to our roof. Our insurance company gave us a hard time and Fabian helped us through the process. Lindsay was extremely helpful in answering questions and assisting us with getting the approval from our HOA. The installation team, Stephen extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Walk me through everything and answered all my questions. Luis and team not only work hard but pay attention to every detail and left my property the way they found it, extremely clean. I have no complaints and I thank the entire team for their help. This company runs like a well oiled machine. They have worked on about 35-40% of my neighborhood and I haven't heard one complaint so that says a lot. They did a fantastic job on all the homes including mine. Thank you again!

We had True Roofers do repair work on our home after we sustained damage from a hail storm. Dwayne came to our house and walked inside and out with my husband and I to assess the damage and give a quote to insurance company. A quick and efficient job was done to replace our roof and carport. We are so pleased with the job they did and a shout out to Steven and Lindsay for being so helpful during this process!

We had roof damage due to hurricane Ian. Brandon happened to come into the community for a resident and noticed our roof damage and spoke with our maintenance man. We had several company's say that they would be out to give us an estimate to no avail. Brandon left the estimate with us that day. The roof was scheduled and the job was quick taking only 3 days to complete. The team that completed the job were very neat and did an amazing job with the clean-up, they all were very professional and polite. It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you all for you great team and work ethics.
