Steve and his crew are top notch, Had to do my 120 foot seawall and 60 foot dock. Seawall had to come up over 2 feet. They did an incredible job and went above and beyond. The amount of steel they used in the concrete is unbelievable. Very solid and very fast. They do not delay once the permits are issued. They handled everything from design to permits. They even had to move the whole 4 post boat lift two feet into the canal. I would not go with anyone else if you have to have this work done. There is a reason they have been around for a long time.

After trying and trying to speak to a person and not a machine was not easy. Then eventually I got someone who did call back and arrange a meeting. Stephan did come out and nice guy promised me what I wanted. After 4 days I called looking for the quote. I left messages and eventually got a quote. It was wrong. I called back and they recognized the error. Only to double the price too. Way too overpriced. Others have quoted me half. I replied with a message stating it’s too high. They just replied saying sorry it’s not in your price range. I wonder if Stephen even knows any of this. Just my experience. That’s all.

Steve and his team did an excellent job on my boat lift. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, promptly and delivered within the agreed time frame. A company like this is a rare gem in SE FL. A service call was needed to make minor tweaks to the bunks and was handled promptly without hassle. I've also added additional stern walks to the lift and am happy with those as well. I couldn't say enough good things about Steve and his team.

Steve is a really great guy. A man of his word. He and his team did an excellent job installing my 4 post Neptune 16K lb lift. They even did some post installation modifications that I requested in a timely manner. A quality installation! I highly recommend using Steve and his crew for your next marine construction project.
