We are beyond grateful for the expertise shown and meticulous work completed for our Coral Gables home by FQR.
German and his team did a sensational job from soup to nuts. The team was UBER responsible, detail oriented and courteous while on the job.
German and his lead assistant, Deborah, were all hands on deck from beginning to end of job completion.
Securing all minor and major details, color scheme and pattern of tiles chosen, providing all info and feedback needed to make the best and sound decisions for our home project.
Another helpful point was their sound judgment with details and responsibility shown with finances and total fees, especially with what one can experience at times with labor work regarding house remodeling in Miami.
We always felt abreast of what was happening and any last minute changes that took place. German and his team were meticulous, obsessively perfectionistic, in a very good way, detail focused and most of all, our entire roof project was completed in an appropriate time frame to have our home gathering events ready for summer entertaining !

After receiving quotes from four different roofing companies recommended by family and friends, I ultimately selected Florida Quality Roofing for my home due to their competitive pricing and straightforward approach. Throughout the process, I primarily interacted with the owner, German, and his helpful assistant, Deborah. They efficiently coordinated with my HOA and local authorities to secure the necessary permits, informing me upfront that the specific tiles mandated by my HOA would take between 6 to 10 months to acquire.
Despite my initial concerns that my modest townhouse might not be a priority compared to larger projects they typically handle, German and his team made me feel valued and important. True to their word, six months later, their crew arrived at my doorstep fully prepared to begin work. Vincent, the foreman, was consistently present, transparent, and patiently addressed ALL of my inquiries. He sent me pictures and videos during each step of the process. Each crew (tear- off and installation crew) worked with great attention to detail, leaving areas clean after each day. Although we encountered some challenges with deteriorating parapet walls and difficult neighbors, German handled these setbacks by giving me options and allowing me to make the most educated decision within my means.
The superiority of Florida Quality Roofing's work speaks for itself, as evidenced by the numerous neighbors who have approached me for recommendations since the project's completion in January 2024. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and craftsmanship and highly recommend them to all who inquire.

They just finished my roof and they did a great job. It was in worse shape than I ever imagined, and they patched and fixed everything, I know because they took pictures and video which they showed me. They kept the area around my house clean and took extra care to pick up nails and debris before they left for the day. Deborah kept in contact all through the process and they showed up on time and on schedule. They were not the least expensive quote I got nor the most expensive, but I don't think anyone could have done a better job and with all the extra work and wood I feel I got a good deal. I will recommend them to any one who asks.

I highly recommend FQR for all your roofing needs- they are very diligent. Estimates were on par with other companies and they make you aware of any unexpected costs that may arise. The communication is very thorough. I highly recommend this roofing company and have recommended them to all my family in the area. Very trustworthy contractor and that is a rare find!

Just wanted to take the time and say that it was a pleasure working with these guys at Florida quality roofing. They took care of everything and once the permit was approved it only took them 3 days to complete the roof I was very amazed by that and the roof past the inspection with ease.

Within just under a year of FQR installing my new roof, I noticed a few cracked tiles due to regular wear and tear. I promptly contacted German Duarte, the Founder & President of FQR. German's immediate response reassured me, and within three days, his crew was at my property, swiftly addressing the issue and replaced the cracked tiles with new ones. Their outstanding responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. I strongly endorse FQR for all your roofing needs!

Florida Quality Roofing, Inc. Was wonderful to work with! From the minute Deborah answered the phone, I felt I was speaking to a friendly neighbor. German took the time to go over every aspect of the job and really earned my business. Every crew member was professional and accommodating. I recently hired Florida Quality Roofing (FQR) for install of a new roof on my Southeast Florida home. FQR came as a highly regarded referral from close friends who also used FQR to install their new roof within the last 2 years.
German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone.
I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs.
From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections.
The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day.
German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather.
The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend you consider FQR if you are in the market for a new roof for your home!
