I had an incredible experience with East Coast Windows and Doors. As I upgraded to impact windows and doors, I received several quotes from various companies . East Coast Windows and Doors not only offered fair pricing but also had a team of very pleasant and professional individuals.
Justin: He was personable, knowledgeable, respectful, not pushy, and asked thoughtful questions while providing helpful suggestions.
Stephanie, Amy, Heather, Provided me with excellent assistance at the showroom. They were highly responsive and thorough, promptly addressing any questions I had.
Ed Morris (the owner): Communicated well, provided excellent suggestions and set expectations very well. He stood by his team’s work, exuding confidence, and was genuinely nice.
Tiago and crew (Ricardo, La Edwardo): They treated my home with utmost respect, demonstrating meticulous workmanship. Despite my numerous questions (given that this isn’t my area of expertise), they never made me feel belittled.
In summary, the journey to completing this major project was long, but I’m immensely grateful to have found East Coast. I wholeheartedly recommend them for top-notch work without any reservations.

Everyone at East Coast Windows and Doors was a pleasure to work with. Staff was Highly professional, timelines were spot on, installation crew was excellent, did a beautiful job in two days, left everything neat and clean. All the paperwork we needed to complete our grant process with mysafeflhome was provided quickly and accurately. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you all very much.

In July of 2018 I had East Coast Windows & Doors install hurricane windows and a sliding glass back door in my newly purchased house in Tamarac. I noticed that when it rained water came into my house from the side of the sliding door frame. I had them come out to try to seal the bottom corner of the frame, but that didn't work. I wanted them to reinstall it properly, but they only give a one year warranty on their work. Now the back room of my house is ruined (I have to put down towels every time it rains) and will cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix, possibly requiring the whole room to be rebuilt. Do not do business with a company that only warranties their work for one year.

Ed Morris & the entire staff at East Coast Windows & doors are spectacular. My entire family has refitted our homes with hurricane windows & doors over the last 15 + years. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for their services. Thank you !!!

We wanted to retrofit our home with impact windows and custom doors, and East Coast was who we called based on their reputation and seeing their work on other homes. Of all the contractors that have worked on our home, they were the easiest to work with by far.
My wife and I were unsure about some of the coatings on the glass and we were able to do side-by-side comparisons in their showroom. Then when we decided on everything, they put together the quote with drawings showing exactly how our custom doors would look. They were upfront about everything, including the permit fees and when our windows and doors would be available for installation.
Their installers were very professional and went out of their way to contain the dust and mess from the installation. There was not any dust or mess left anywhere, inside or out. They made sure one of their team was on site for all the inspections, and when they were done, made sure we had copies of all the permit papers and inspection record.
When we had a problem with two of the windows we called their office and spoke directly with the owner, Ed, who came out to our house (during a holiday week) to evaluate the situation and schedule a time to address it. He sent his two most experienced installers to fix the problem, who also inspected and leak-tested both windows before and after their work to fully diagnose the problem and verify that both windows were fixed. They cut any corners and they explained everything they were doing as they did it.
We are completely satisfied with our experience with East Coast, and I highly recommend them. The fact that the owner came out personally during a holiday week speakes volumes by itself, and the way his team addressed our concerns was top notch. I can say unequivocally that their reputation ins't hype, and our own experience is a testament to that.

I am so glad I was recommended to call East Coast Windows and Doors when I decided to get impact windows on my house. My whole experience with this company was excellent. From the start their people were a pleasurer to deal with. The completely explain every aspect of these products of which i knew little about. They were kind, informative, just nice people to deal with. After consulting other companies, it was not hard for me to decide to use East. Coast for the PGT impact windows and doors for my house.
The installation crew, lead by Ricky, was so impressive. They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do and went right to work. They took great care of my house. The were so skilled and worked so hard. By the end of the 1st day my house was completely changed. They went out of their way to help me.
When the inspector came he comments about what great work the crew and the people at East Coast windows had done. It so nice to have people work on my house that seemed to care about it as much as i do. I will recommend east Coast Windows, their products, their salespeople and their installers to anyone I know. So glad I found this company.

Very rarely In today's day and age do u find a company truly committed To service and quality, East Coast is committed to both. I Ordered windows from East Coast And they were both efficient and kept me apprised every step of the process. although it took some time to get the windows from the manufacturer they kept me informed as to what was going on and when the windows arrived installed them immediately. They're customer service and physical Installation was outstanding. when I had a problem with one of the windows It turned out it was actually my fault in that 1 of the kids had jammed one of the chairs up against the window and the window wouldn't close. I called east coast thinking it was a defect in the window it was not, but instead my fault. However East Coast had a representative out there wthar same day.
I would highly recomend then. A pleaure to work with.

I applied for grant funds from the My Safe Florida Home program.
After being awarded the grant, I was given a list of authorized contractors that I could contact. After calling three, I found East Coast.
Amy, in the office, is super sweet and super responsive. In no time, an appointment was scheduled for Justin to come out to discuss options and take initial measurements.
Alex then took over, sending us the catalog via email so that we could look through and make door selections based on personal taste & budget. The product that Justin had selected was $500 more than the one we ended up choosing, so I cannot say there was any upselling.
After Ed, one of the owners, came out to take final measurements and explain the next steps, Alex followed up by sending us the contract and got the ball rolling by ordering our city permit.
Our team of two guys came last Friday and installed our 2 doors. They started at 8:20A and was done by 3P. They cleaned up after themselves. Hallelujah!
We love our doors, and as I am the one who handled all of it, it was a pleasure dealing with Amy, Justin, Alex, Ed, and my 2 men installation team. I am so sorry that I never got their names.
Their work speaks for itself so much so that I requested that Ed send those 2 gentlemen to install my mother's products.
Now to await the city inspection, which I have no doubt we will pass.
