Hello, my name is Aurora and I would like to share my experience with Luxury Tile 4 Less and owner, Haroll Beltran. We recently moved to Fl and needed some work done in our house, specifically removing old tiles and replacing with new white floor tiles. From the moment my husband and I met Haroll, we liked him, he is so humble, so helpful, respectful, genuine and sincere. Haroll assured us we would love the finish product. He was there every step of the way with us , going to chose tiles, picking up the tiles, explaining the process. His workers are just as nice and equally professional. Haroll goes above and beyond to please his customers, he’s a phone call away, I feel like we are family now. He’s gone above and beyond in helping us with tasks like moving furniture into the house even though he’s super busy. UPDATE December 2023: I had my master bathroom remodeled, and it turned out beautiful! Haroll and his friendly team worked closely with me knowing that I am very particular and appreciate attention to detail. Another job well done!! December 2020: Haroll and his team did a phenomenal job on our tile floors. Everything still looks as good as day 1. No issues. Haroll worked with us around our schedules and hurdles. Finding a trustworthy contractor in Florida is a challenge. After interviewing a handful of contractors, and coming up short, my husband stumbled upon this contractor who has all 5 star ratings…. (this sounded too good to be true) named Luxury Tile 4 Less. We decided to set up a meeting for Haroll to take a look at our kitchen and also the floors in the living areas of our house. Haroll set up our appointment quickly, was punctual, and listened to what we wanted. He made some suggestions based off of our space and then we got to work picking out finishes and floors that fit our taste. After we agreed to the estimate and made our deposit the process flowed effortlessly with Haroll there every step of the way. He gave a fair estimate, had clear communication, and finished the project earlier than promised. I love my new porcelain tile floors and gorgeous kitchen. I find myself staring at it sometimes and enjoying the view that I now have in my own home. My husband and I take pride in our home and we are very proud to show off this new jewel in our home. Company comes over and “ooohhh’s” and “aaahhhh’s” over our newly renovated space. I’d recommend Luxury Tile 4 Less to anyone who wants a trustworthy contractor who communicates clearly, listens to what you want, gives you a fair price, and delivers it in the timeline given. Our family looks forward to using his services again to remodel our bathrooms. We were willing to wait on remodeling the bathroom…but now that we have our incredible kitchen and floors and we know just the guy to do it…I don’t know how long we are going to be able to wait! Found luxury tile 4 less online and they had great reviews decided to give them a try. We had them come out for a quote they were on time very professional and had no problem answering all off my 100’s of questions. We decided to use them to remove carpet in our bedrooms, closets and install some wood tile and baseboards. They did a great job they were fast, efficient, and very clean the work was great. We didn’t have to be out of the bedrooms for very long which was awesome. We liked them so much we called them again to do the crown molding. We will be using them again very soon to retile the rest of our house and do some additional work. I highly recommended giving them a try the work was great they left the space clean and had great communication.
