I called after being referred, the technician that came out was very nice, and did his best to solve my issue. However, when I thought we were in this together and costal would work with me to find a solution. I was wrong. They left me to figure it out on my own. I called the office and asked for help again was told my regular guy was already busy for the rest of the week but they would send another technician out. Still waiting on him to show up it’s been 5 days. I have there monthly pest control which the guy I used does not do, but the other technicians that came out never even came inside my house not even once. The last time they showed up he sprayed my front yard but didn’t even go in my back yard. I won’t say they are bad just not the best costumer service. I’m sorry if they underbid the job and would have been happy to pay more. I understand how that can happen but don’t just quit on me.
Sarah always answers my questions when I call. Corey and Nathan are always fantastic to deal with! I’ve been using them for a couple years and have always had great service!

I wish I had contacted Coastal Pest Control years ago for a termite prevention service! When I found termite damage I immediately called several companies for help. By far and away, their representatives were the most knowledgeable, professional, informative and responsive. And on top of that, they were the best value. I recommend calling Coastal Pest Control before you have termites, but if you do find yourself needing a pest control company, I highly recommend Coastal Pest Control.
