Extremely happy with choosing Reynolds for our subterranean termite problem and very grateful they sent their pro termite guy; Charles to handle our situation. Charles has been amazing and accommodating to our termite issue. He’s made sure to treat our home to the max and efficiently with Dillon and Robert as a team effort. Charles is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He doesn’t mind when I ask him a million questions about the termite killing process, and any concerns regarding our contract. We’re only a month into our ongoing battle but the peace of mind and communication I’ve received this far with the company and Charles makes me very happy!! I just have to share this experience. We had a giant spider web and huge spider in our backyard last night. I had no idea what kind of spider it was so I texted Matthew at Reynolds and asked him if he could tell me. He responded quickly with a full description and information about it. Turns out it was an Orb Weaver spider and is not anything to worry about. Thanks to Matthew for going above and beyond to ease my mind!

The service has greatly declined, there accounting /billing charges you for service that was not done or just before rain so it washes off and not effective and they want CC on file so they can charge you anytime they want.UPDATE.... just got a bill for service done 8/1 termite sentricon stations. I had a new supervisor come out a few weeks ago an told me that they were going to replace the stations that were full of sand and cappless he uncapped several other stations and stated we'll have to replace them. so I get a email stating they performed a service for 260.00 plus supposedly did perimeter pest control . i went and looked at the stations and nothing was done if they did there would have been dirt and sand next to it. I have pictures I am posting you be the judge as far as I'm concerned I am not paying for this service and FIRING REYNOLDS FOR FRAUD !
