I have been a satisfied customer for a long time and have recommended this service to others. I like the idea of the annual service and have been an annual customer since I learned about it. The technician does a good job and I very seldom see any bugs, and usually they are dead. He is also careful not to spray near my cat's bowl and water. I appreciate that even if the spray would not harm him.
I have been using your service for the past year. I started using your service because I had a horrible infestation of white fly's. I would turn on my TV at night and the entire screen was inundated wit these flying monsters. Your technicians were here time after time during the first two months . (It took a while but eventually you won the war.) So often that I thought I should set a setting for them for dinner. I would call your office a myriad of times during this period. And EVERY time your staff was courteous and patient with me. I was actually embarrassed at the frequency of calls. I thought you were going to throw me out. Now Jay comes on Tuesdays for routine service (Valencia Pointe). He is a delightful gentlemen. In fact I look forward to seeing him. I spoke with Jan(as in January as she told me) today for some understanding of a service performed by Jay this week. She is truly the GOLD standard of what someone committed to excellence should be like. Always a pleasure dealing with Southeast Florida Pest Control.

I have used Florida Pest control for many years and have always been satisfied. I would like to also say that Jan who sets the appointments is an awesome team member. She is very personable, sweet and understanding of what the customer needs and sets appointments accordingly. I highly recommend this company

This company is awesome. I requested to be given notice before spraying so I can close the Doggie Door (to keep my Yellow Lab) inside and away from the chemicals). Dennis always has, he is good for his word. Thank you very much.

I am embarrassed by the fact I’ve forgotten the reps name. He was knowledgeable on all areas of lawn care besides his companies. Very profession-
al and friendly. He gave me some great advice concerning what my lawn needed to thrive and what I needed to do to make that happen.

I've been using this company for many years. The owner and I had an agreement that if my technician every changed schedules or routes, I would be notified. Well he was changed and I wasn't notified. I couldn't even get Barry, the owner, to take my phone call. After a parade of different technicians coming to my home every month, I called again to ask for 1 steady technician to be assigned to show up every week. The sent an elderly gentleman who enjoys engages in conversation but not in doing a thorough spraying job. You need to follow him closely from room to room to make sure he is actually spraying all the baseboards and all the window sills, otherwise he just gives a quick squirt here and there. I have asked for someone else, but this is who I have been assigned. Just thought you should know.
