Wahoo just completed a brand new pool build for our home and did a phenomenal job. We couldn’t believe how quickly they completed the build, in just over two months from start to finish. Timmie in sales was great to work with and always attended to us throughout the process. And Bibi and Alex have been extremely helpful in teaching us about all the equipment and showing us how to use it and keep the water clean and safe! An overall awesome experience with Wahoo. We would strongly recommend them.

A very close Lightening strike took out my variable speed pool motor Monday evening. I don't have whole house surge protection and lightening strike shook house and set off all smoke detectors, then two quick brownouts.
I then called my pool company, Wahoo Pools, Tuesday. Had initial phone assist from pools group Service Manager, Bebe, (who unlike many actually answers his phone and msgs) Bebe then promptly ordered pump Tues and had new pump at their office by Wed afternoon.
The Senior Pool designer, installer, technician, JimHardt, who is very knowledgable, stopped by late Wed to see what connections and material he may need to install. Jim had new motor expertly installed and operational by 8 Am Thursday. What a fast and seamless turnaround!
Price was also outstanding, 1/2 of what last pump cost us 5 yrs ago! New motor/pump Is super energy efficient, very easy to program, and so quiet you can't ever hear it 10 ft away.
I've been a Wahoo Pools customer since they were Gulfside Pools in 2012. New ownership a few yrs ago and although Gulfside was very good, Wahoo Pools cleaning, chemical, and maintenance services all improved significantly compared to Gulfside, also their rates are very competitive! IF YOU NEED A CAN DO EVERYTHING POOL COMPANY, LOOK NO FURTHER, Wahoo Pools will take care of all your needs!

Highly recommend Wahoo pools to all my friends, family and really anyone reading this. Thomas was my sales guy/designer and boy did he kick butt. He took everything my wife and I said we wanted and was able to incorporate it all at a great price. Dave Evans was my project manager and was so darn helpful keeping us updated and making things went smoothly! Last but not least their tech BIBI! Man that guy is so knowledgeable and made sure we knew EXACTLY how our system works and how to operate it with out any issue.

We recently had Wahoo build an inground, concrete pool that included a swim jet and pool cage. We worked with a salesperson who also became our first project manager. The sales process was easy, and we went with a "90-day pool" package. We started the design process Wahoo in October 2023. The salesperson was helpful with pool design questions and working through paperwork needed for the county and our HOA. The design and paperwork took two months to be assembled and gain approval.
The build portion of our project started in December 2023 and completed in May 2024.
The challenging parts of our build revolved around two issues. The first issue was the swim jet. Wahoo told us they had experience installing these units, but later in the process were told this was the first time they had installed one. They ordered the wrong unit, which was a significant upgrade, and agreed they'd give us the unit for the originally quoted cost, which was nice. However, it became clear why there were many weeks of no activity in the build – they were not sure what to do with the jet. We had many people show up, look at it, and leave without doing anything. Eventually one of their contracted electricians figured it out and got the unit working. In the end, we are happy with the swim jet, but there is still one bug being worked on which Wahoo is having the manufacturer assist.
The second challenging issue was project management. Over the course of five months, we had three different project managers. Communication about schedules and work was spotty, many times what was communicated did not happen in the time frame conveyed, and there were many times we told the project managers that workers were at our house and what they were doing. This was always a surprise to the project managers. I have project management experience and as a result, I may find the lack of planning and effective communication to be more problematic than others would. While passable, this was the worst part of our experience with Wahoo.
What went well. Once we had water in the pool, Wahoo sent two people per week for the first month - Bibi checked the equipment and Alex took care of the water chemistry. These two taught us how to manage our pool along the way. Bibi was quick to make sure that Wahoo took care of issues - some plumbing was done incorrectly, our main drain was not working, we had a skimmer leak, and some technical issues with the swim jet - and he was exceptionally pleasant about it. These issues were often handled the same day they were found. Bibi and Alex left us wishing these were the people we worked with throughout the project. We appreciate them both, and they were the best part of our experience.
At the end, the biggest positive is that we have a beautiful pool that functions the way we want it to. Our experience took more than the 90-day claim made by Wahoo, but it is far better than having it take more than a year, which we've heard about from many others. If I could go back, I’d press a little harder on asking about non-standard upgrades and communication expectations, though we’d recommend working with Wahoo on a pool project.

Starting with Tim the best knowledgeable person to to help us with the design ,materials and the small details that make this project unique . Thanks Tim ! Then start the construction in hands of David ( Mr timing) all the dates , appointments , inspections and supervision was excellent .Best Project Manager ever . Thanks David !
Last but not least Mr Bibi ( Mr dedication ) , he is the most detailed person in this business .
He takes time to explain and show how to operate smooth and easy the pool functions .

Wahoo pools did an incredible job with our back yard! Dave, the project manager, was INCREDIBLE! Kept me posted regularly, texted me when people were coming to the house and helped me with any questions or issues I had. That man needs a raise! He's the main reason I'm so happy with their work. He made sure every detail was taken care of!
And I can't leave out Bibi!! Bibi helped me get everything up and running, diagnosed any electrical issues and technical glitches...and just a great guy! Texted and called me back whenever I needed his help! THANK YOU!

Wahoo pools designed and built this pool/hot tub for me - their designers were very helpful and in constant communication throughout the project. We had some issues with program management but they resolved them all in the end.
After the build their pool maintenance team was exceptional in showing how to run the pool and maintain it. Their weekly service has been doing a great job keeping it perfectly ready for every swim.
